Opened a heavily stuck Moen
This helped me open a Moen aerator that was so jammed up I had to spend 20 minutes wiggling it and then apply brute force, but it did it, as opposed to some custom tool options I tried which were simply shredding the plastic. Glad I bought this.

Worked with my Moen Spray Head Faucet
I am giving it 5 stars because it worked for me when nothing else did.. I have flex hose sink faucet with model number--A112.18.1; that is a Moen brand. This was the only aerator wrench that would engage the slots on the underside of the head. My choice would be to have one with slightly wider prongs to help avoid the prongs slipping out and ruining of the plastic slots, but, with the proper precautions, you probably can make it work. My faucet has 4 slots on the underside of the spray end. The set of prongs nearest the center of the wrench engaged two of these plastic slots. You have to be very careful not to tilt the wrench when you apply pressure or you will ruin the slots. Keep your hand cupped over the prong end of the wrench when you twist it. Don't think you can just twist the wrench holding the other end; if you do, you will surely tear up the slots. The faucet slots are at the center of my sprayer, so it looks like the wrench is going to loosen the center of the place where the water comes out. Instead, the threads you are loosening are around the edge of and inside the head, and when you undo it, all the head parts fall out. In effect, you are loosening threads that are 2" in diameter using a 2 prong metal device that engages plastic slots that are only about 3/4" in diameter. This is a really bad design, of course, so you have to be careful not to cam out the slots. If you successfully get it apart, be sure to coat the treads with silicon so it comes apart easily next time. I ordered through Amazon Prime about 11:30am on a Friday. The Amazon web page said this would receive same day delivery, but it actually came Saturday night about 10:30pm. That was good enough for me. We just washed our dishes in the toilet for two more days. No problemo.

Works ok
Works ok, channel locks and a rag are better for taking off and removing aerator but it's ok for removing the inside part

Nice tool but didn't work with my aerator
This tool seems well made, and I was pleased to be able to purchase something that seemed durable and not made of plastic. So, full marks for that. However, it doesn't work with my Grohe kitchen faucet with recessed aerator. The slots on the aerator aren't oriented the same as the tabs on the tool (— vs | , if that makes sense). So, there is no way to insert the tool into both sides of the aerator to get traction.

Easy to use!
Handy and affordable tool for most basic faucet maintenance needs. It’s easy to use and fits a range of standard faucets, though it may struggle with stubborn or uncommon aerators.

This thing is garbage
I ordered this tool to replace the little plastic keys, which I thought were bad. This tool LOOKS good, but is poor quality, and nearly useless. Turns out that 8 plastic teeth on the original tool are stronger and better than 2 metal teeth that are too short, and too soft. 1. Difficult to determine which key fits your aerator teeth without using a mirror, unless you have a very small head that fits under the faucet. 2. The teeth on this tool are too short to get a decent bite into the aerator. 3. The tool's teeth break off the teeth on the aerator (see pic below), which makes it nearly impossible to remove after that damage. 4. The tool's teeth bend because it's too soft (see pic below). In summary, don't waste your money for this piece of junk. I'm going to return it today. For $3 you can get an original plastic tool AND a new aerator.

Works well for appropriate aerators
Before ordering aerator removal tool be sure to look at your aerator, the designs vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and one tool does not fit all. If you have a camping stool, sitting on that will make it easier to use the tool on a bathroom faucet, since you need to be able to pick the right size and line up any slots which requires viewing the area tor and the tool. This way no bending or bodily contortions. Works well! 😀

Not the tool for me
I have a bunch of faucet aerators that have been in there forever and need a good cleaning, so I bought this tool because it was highly rated and seemed like a good option. Maybe I'm not understanding very well how it's supposed to work, but WOW was it not easy to use. I have recessed aerators, and the key has these little protrusions that you have to fit into the corresponding holes in the aerator, but good luck lining everything up. (Hope you like kneeling on the floor and twisting your head as you try to get a look at the underside of the faucet....) Then, once you actually have them lined up and engaged, you somehow have to turn the key without dislodging the protrusions, which sounds reasonable in theory but is very difficult in practice because--newsflash!--the aerator has been in there for ages and is kinda stuck. I did NOT enjoy the tens of minutes it took me to get a single aerator off. I did eventually manage to do it, but that is where the project ended. For the (many) remaining aerators in this house, I will be buying a key with the tubular form factor, which should at least be easier to line up.

This product works. I was having a problem removing a very old aerotor as it was circular and nothing to hold on to. The rubber part of the key did the trick with very minimal effort.

Tried with different Kohler taps ..this device is unable to open up any of the aereators…maybe this is meant for taps outside India or could be for specific models only

Me ha sido muy útil este producto para mi lavador de botellas (para cerveza casera) que es para conectar a un grifo de manguera de jardín. Ahora lo puedo utilizar en la cocina. No gotea y se nota que está bien hecho. Recomendado.
