Excellent quality
This fold and tumble is of excellent quality and the seat cover material is tough and durable. Installation does require drilling and through bolting both front and rear mounting points. The front mounts use the factory holes but require drilling for an additional bolt. The rear latch requires two holes and those are over the fuel tank so you'll have to drop the tank in order to properly install the rear latch. Pain in the butt, I opted to leave rear latch off and the seat works fine without it. The rear of seat sits on feet and the latch is to keep it from tumbling but the seat belts do a fine job of keeping it from tumbling.

Look very nice
This seat replaces the factory seat that was in the back bedroom when the house caught fire. Rather than put a seat cover on a burnt seat I bought a brand new front and rear seats that are getting black and yellow seat covers Hawaiian print. I do not feel they are the same quality as the factory seats but they are brand new and they look real nice and you won't really see the seat with the new seat covers going on. The old seat latched down on the edges this seat meant to click into middle bracket that you can't install with out removing fuel tank. Did that one a few years ago new fuel pump and no thanks I don't want to do that one again. So the seat will just sit in place. It fits the two little metal studs front part of seat. I could make brackets and bolt down but I don't think this will be necessary. O would say nice seats for the money. Spice looks nice on bronze goldish jeep

Fits and appears aftermarket
I do not like things to appear aftermarket. I thought it would fit factory hardware.

Fits perfect for small back seat riders
Use for the back seat on a 1946 Willy's jeep that I am rebuilding instead of purchasing a Side by Side.

Few modifications needed for 76 CJ but also for the seats design in itself.
Ill get right to it. 76 CJ5 requires a modification. The seat comes with 3 brackets. the rear middle one latches to the hook on the seat. For my all original 76 cj5 I had to cut the D ring off the bracket, and relocate it to the other side of the bracket, then reweld it. Thank god I have that capability, without it I dont know what you do aside from go to a welder or mechanic. With a welder its a really easy fix.Second... There is a bit of a design flaw in the front brackets. I noticed this on a friends jeep who had the identical seats. His seat folded down, but would only tilt up halfway. At first I figured this is all they did although I had no idea why. Well when I went to install my in realized that the seats actually tilt all the way up!! Finally I understoof why these things are called fold and tumble. It exposes the entire rear floor area basically. Well after an hour or so if installing things and messing around, the seat stop tilting all the way up, it only went half way like my friends. I immediately knew something wasnt right. What I discovered was the metal bracket/tab on the seat bottom, was pinching, with the bracket that is bolted down to the floor. This is do to a not so perfect welding job on the bracket, atleast on mine and my buddies. A 4" angle grinder and sanding disk took care of it in no time. The seat looks great and I love that I can now fold the seat all the way up and out of the way so I could put a big cooler or something in the back of my little Cj. I guess you have to bungee the seat to get it to stay up but whatever itll be ok. Also the seats came with a broken screw. The screw that holds the folding lever on which is very small, was sheered off at the head straight out of the plastic packaging. Local box hardware store had something close enough that worked. Overall I would recommend this seat though. Just be prepared to put some time into it if you have a 76 CJ at the least .

Doesn't Fit - Parts fall off - Instructions are poorly Written
I bought this rear seat for my 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Once I installed it I realized that the seat was off by over 2 inches and didn't line up with the rear bolt. I called the company to seek direction. They were rude and told me it should fit and if not just drill another hole in your jeep so it will fit! There was also a lever on the side which allows the seat to fold up. That lever kept falling off and would not stay on. I explained this to the company and they said it should work and snap on. I told them it would not "snap-on" and there response was "Well it should". After this telephone call, I immediately boxed up the seat and sent it back. What a joke! DO NOT BUY!
