New details include air mesh shoulder straps for an ultra-comfortable carry, better weight distribution, a new exterior stretch water bottle pocket, and a luggage pass-through strap that easily slides over the handle of a roller bag (like our Allpa Roller Bags).

High quality materials and make. What I appreciate most about the pack is it is a good combo pack. it is good enough to do long day hikes with and good enough to be a carry on. I would not get this pack for either individual roles myself but for our many trips where we do only carry ons and lots of hiking it is the best I have found.
