I absolutely love this brand of supplements. I have used them a few times. My 8 year old takes this sometimes with water. She says it tastes weird but not bad enough to not take it. I have been using it to settle my kid down. Not sure if it is working yet. We have not used it consistent enough to know if it is working.

I bought this organic saffron supplement to help with depression wanting a natural way. After taking it a few days I felt noticeably worse, but I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing for everyone because the fact that it made me feel worse, there's something in it that's actually affecting my mood, so there's probably a good chance it might actually really help someone else. I tried it several days later and the same thing happened so of course I had to stop. I do think this is the real stuff, and I wish everyone else luck. Sometimes medicine just affects me the opposite way.
