Update: I updated my rating from 1 to 5 after few days of use. Although the product is not of same brand I.e. Presens and moreover it's green color which is irrelevant but mislead what's shown in picture but after taking my chances and using it at least 3 days I found it very useful. The pack material is of high quality and it has cloth cover which soaks moisture which keeps you dry.

Good quality of sealing on the sides. Have used it for both fridge cooling & microwave heating and it works good enough. Wish it held the heat or cold temperature longer than it does but otherwise okay as I can always re-heat or re-cool it for reuse.

it is not hot and cold Gel type, just ordinary ice pack used in delivering Ice creams, don't purchase , many times i purchased similar hot and cold Gel pack , this just like ICE cubes put inside

This pack is of terrible quality. I found perforations all over after heating it once in the microwave (for 30 seconds as advised). There's no return, refund or replace available on this item. It is a health hazard and clearly not medical grade.

It a very good product. U can use both hot and cold. We r using it only for cold.

While it is a really good product, the photos show 2 packs whole you only get one. The quantity is not mentioned anywhere and the photos are shown in pairs hence the 4 star rating.

A must have product in every household.. the cotton wrap bag could have been of a better material.. difficult to get it in and out sometimes of the pouch
