Ottima.Utilizzo questa creatina da qualche settimana e mi sto trovando molto bene.Le compresse sono pratiche da portare con sé e non ho riscontrato problemi di tollerabilità.Ho notato un miglior recupero durante gli allenamenti e una maggiore costanza nelle prestazioni. La confezione è ben fatta e il dosaggio è semplice da seguire.Unico aspetto negativo: le compresse sono piuttosto grandi, quindi per chi ha difficoltà a deglutire le pillole potrebbero risultare un po' scomode da assumere.Nel complesso, un prodotto che consiglio per qualità e affidabilità.

Mi è stata consigliata dal mio nutrizionista. I benefici della creatina ormai sono noti , specialmente nelle donne e specialmente se ci si allena coi sovraccarichi.
