Perfect replacement to replace due to damaged converter for my Bi-pap machine that was damaged during storm with power surges.

Works with air sense 10. Also came with a positive and negative alligator clip for use with battery terminals. I plugged into DieHard 71688 1150 peak amp 12v jump starter and worked. From my research if you turn off humidification and heated air (if you have that setting) the battery will last longer due to the fact that you are using DC power.

Recommended by my battery supplier. Cord is long so you can charge your battery or supply power to Resmed CPAP behind front seats of the car. Do wish it had a power indicator on cigarette lighter input so you could make sure it’s plugged in all the way.

I bought this to power my CPAP machine using a portable battery. Once you get it situated, it works well. However, it takes a lot of twisting the car adapter connection to get it to start.

I had a problem with USPS and UPS in the delivery of the item. The seller provided quick returns to my questions and outstand assistance in tracking the item through the shipping process. The seller was the one who located the missing item. The USPS is a lost cause. The item I purchased is of high quality and I know I will have years of good service of the power supply.

This is my third or fourth CPAP and all the previous ones were 12 volt and a 12 volt to 12 volt connector was an easy accessory. Naturally this one has to be 24 volts and required a very expensive voltage booster but it works great.

This isn't an after market item built by another company so you pay for the name brand. . A lot. My last CPAP 12 volt cord was a fraction of the cost. But apparently this machine needs a different voltage so it's got a circuit built in to convert 12 volts to I think 18 volts, so that explains the cost difference. But well built and should last for years.

When all you have at the cottage is 12volt power this is what you need. Its pricy but it does the job. Glad I was able to enjoy my time away.

Works well, like the button shut off, use this on my CPAC machine. Installed it on my RV, hooked it up directly to the 12 V battery this way I don’t have to use the inverter, which sucks up a lot of power. After eight hours of sleeping I still have 90% battery charge on my 2 100 amp hrs batteries. My 100 Watt solar panel, recharged the Sealed lead acid batteries back to 100% that day . This was a great solution for me. Now we can do some Boondocking
