This the best product for inflammation of my knee. It really worked for me until I gain more weight!! Not the products fault. I still love it!

I have been using this product for 2 months now, I have been suffering from pain in my knees, elbows, lower back, my joints in general. I can tell it is effective, I feel the difference in my body, it has helped me with my joint pain, I feel better, it has a nice taste and it is easy to use, I use it in the morning with an empty stomach. I will continue to buy it.

I do find liquids bit more immediate potent as far as helping with inflammation .
It kicks in right away for me ( I mix it with water but taste fine on it's own ) but not sure if last hours like the pills but it does kick in right away . Tumeric does not work for everyone but do find liquids bit more immediate potent as far as helping with inflammation .
