The description notes that it is given sublingual, which means under the tongue. It is a liquid. Before you go and put anything into a feeding tube, or under the tongue, run it by your doctor, to make sure it will not interfere with any other medication or substance in the tube. Please do this...if anything should happen...you would never forgive yourself!
