I've tried so many products, the expensive viral face washes and body washes and nothing works better than Dove. It makes your face and body so clean yet not dry and stripped. You look and feel cleaner, it's good at drawing out spots sweat and impurities of the day, a proper clean, making you feel confident and glowing. My skin genuinely doesn't look as good using anything else. It is not drying at all being a syndet bar. It has a lovely classic Dove smell and last ages and is fantastic value for money. My issue with shower gels and viral face washes is that they don't feel like they properly get in there and clean causing breakouts, and harsher versions or more traditional soaps are too drying. This is the perfect inbetween product, I feel like it'd work for almost all skin types though I am combination and acne prone. I saw reduction in acne too, and it leaves behind this sort of creamy glow unlike any other product I've used.

A good quality moisturising soap bar. Lathers quickly and it lasts, smells nice, looks good and leaves you feeling clean and fresh. In my opinion well worth using.

My husband and me both are a huge fan of this soap. Whatever we try soap wise, we always come back to this. I am in love with the fragnance. The size is absolutely right. I think it comes in three which is useful and my subscription is always on for it just in case. The skin feels supple and soft. What to not love about it. I have just started being a bit cautious about the chemicals but the truth is you cannot avoid everything in today's world.

Credo che da queste parti passeranno altre 50enni con le mie stesse esigenze, del tutto diverse da quelle che avevo 20 o 10 anni fa. OBBIETTIVO: avere una bella pelle. MOTIVO PRINCIPALE: potersi permettere un trucco leggero (passare meno tempo davanti allo specchio, aver bisogno di meno prodotti, spendere meno in queste cose). STRATEGIA: routine di pulizia con detergente delicato, dieta pulita e ormoni sotto controllo. Non posso dimenticare la prima volta che ho lavato le mani con la saponetta Dove "con 1/4 di crema idratante". Era così diversa da tutte le altre! Torno a Dove dopo aver provato altri detergenti per il viso. Ho dovuto sospendere il detergente abituale perché ultimamente ho la pelle più secca. Sto usando queste saponette mattina e sera. Ho messo le due saponette nel portasapone personale e le uso anche in doccia. Ora è già qualche giorno che ho cambiato prodotto e la pelle si è normalzzata. La sto usando in abbinamento a una spugna konjac che ho trovato su Amazon, che mi permette di affinare la grana della pelle senza avere reazioni indesiderate. Per la spugna konjac, il codice da incollare nel motore di ricerca interno si Amazon è B07YBRG8JP. Mi trovo sempre molto bene con Dove, sapevo di andare sul sicuro. Il profumo neutro della saponetta riempie il bagno. La schiuma è cremosa e delicatamente profumata e la pelle non "tira". Mi piace la forma stessa corta e bombata della saponetta, perché ho le mani piccole. * * * * AGGIORNAMENTO all'11 Gennaio 2021. Ho usato questo sapone sul viso per 5 mesi e la mia pelle è notevolmente migliorata, grazie anche ad un potente integratore di Vitamina C che stimola la produzione del collagene. A qualunque età, la strategia migliore è quella che comincia dall'interno e dall'alimentazione, supportata se serve da integratori specifici. PER TUTTI I TIPI DI PELLE Avendo avuto grossi problemi di acne nell'adolescenza, col senno di poi dico che la strategia migliore avrebbe dovuto prevedere (1) un controllo ormonale, (2) una dieta pulita e (3) l'uso di un detergente non aggressivo e non specifico per pelli acneiche. Oggi non sono più flagellata dai brufoli, non ne vedo uno da quando c'era ancora la Lira, perché ho imparato a mangiare e a scegliere bene i saponi. Consiglio di restare nell'ambito dei detergenti non aggressivi anche in casi di eruzioni cutanee sporadiche in età matura. Se siete molto giovani e avete la pelle impura con brufoli, quasi certamente non capiterete nella recensione di questo sapone. Peggio per voi... c'è tutto un marketing di prodotti commercializzati per pelli grasse con cui si butta al vento molto denaro. I detergenti molto sgrassanti, compresi quelli all'argilla e tutti quelli "specifici" che vi prescriverà il dermatologo, non sono delicati e non risolvono certe problematiche, anzi le aggravano. Prendete invece un sapone "non specifico" per pelli impure come questo, cercate di creare una buona routine di pulizia mattino e sera e poi mi direte.

So far, this is the only bar soap bar that I've encountered that doesn't completely strip skin of natural oils and leave it dry and uncomfortable in the process. I stopped using strong smelling shower gels (which are also mostly water, and therefore mostly go down the drain without doing much) and now use these soap bars instead. They're packed in a cardboard box and the soap gets fully used, so there's minimal waste and they're cheap too. Although marketed for women, the scent is neutral enough to not draw any attention if used by a man. The smell is neutrally creamy rather than soapy, and you won't have any notable perfume cloud around you after the shower, which is great for people with a hypersensitivity to scents, or people who don't want hygiene products overpowering the actual perfume they're about to use. The soap has a nice creamy lather, which makes it fit for comfortable beard shaving.

I do not understand the meaning of “12x100g” in the product name. The soap I received contains four pieces. It is confusing, so I would like it to be removed from the title. The soap is harder than the one I used previously, which is a good point as it does not dissolve quickly in shower water. However, I felt that the lather was insufficient, and the scent is too strong for me.
