Great for slow methylators who need daily support

I like this particular B-complex, even tho it is a bit pricey...Capsules not overly big. It is the Methyl form which seems to help absorption. These capsules do not have a lot of extra fillers, which I absolutely must have or I will not purchase. Easy to swallow, no stomach upset or anything. Capsules come clean & not stuck together.

This is incredible. It makes me feel better. More energy mentally and within my body, but not in a jittery or energy-drink kind of way, in a healthy, sustainable, good way. My mood is better, too. The difference is remarkable. I'm starting to wonder if I've been deficient in these vitamins all along?! I might buy 10 bottles in case they get bought up one day for being so good, and the new corporation switches up the ingredients to be cheaper.

I think most people take a supplement like this for a purpose. Very true in my case - I want to take in additional Vitamin B12 to deal with my postherpetic neuralgia. I went to this one as I need other Vitamins B too. Having used some other Vitamin B complex supplements I came to the conclusion that this is the best for me: it covers nearly the entire spectrum of Vitamins Bs one would ever need. And the doses are more than enough in most cases. It is value for money.

My husband and I are halfway through the first bottle of the 2-pack we ordered. We started out taking 1 capsule a day in the morning for about a month. We had no idea how much stronger our body would react to finally having a methylated B complex. We only recently found out we both genetically had a condition where we need methylated vitamins. Methylated multivitamins are expensive, so our doctor suggested we start with a B complex. I found this one and trusted the brand as we have used them before years ago with great results for a different product. I am glad my husband said we should probably ease into these with one in the morning for 2-4 weeks before we did the full 2 capsule dose each morning. He said it is what our shared primary care doctor recommended to do as well. (Everyone's body is different. Follow your own doctor's advice please) We are two weeks into taking the recommended 2 capsules a day each morning. Slowly we are both starting to feel our energy levels get better. We know this is part of the reason. This supplement is part of a mix of supplements we each take under the supervision of our primary care doctor and a specialist for my husband. Our health conditions mean that we will both have to take this long term and it will take a while to get our stored B vitamin levels up to normal ranges on our blood test. It hasn't caused any GI digestive issues, which is great because my husband's digestive system is as easy to anger as a mound of army ants and just as vicious to him, poor guy. The size of the pills are perfect too. They are much smaller than we expected which is great. We both hate taking giant capsules for medications and supplements.
