As a man in his 60's who's run triathlons for many years, lifted weights and kettlebells and watched my diet and taken supplements, I notice almost immediately if something works (or not).My testosterone levels have decreased with age and as a result my muscle mass began to as well.I noticed my energy levels began to drop and my desire for sex as well.After trying ginseng, astragalus, goji berries etc I felt some energy levels come back but then a friend recommended Raw forest products and as soon as I tried pine pollen I was sold!I have more endurance and desire and my muscle mass began to increase ( with accompanying weight loss).It's taken some experimentation to find the right dose, too much and I start to get aggressive and find it hard to relax, too little and there's little noticable effect. Also, my beard is growing faster!For older males this might be an answer to diminishing energy levels just don't take too much!It seems to last 2 or 3 days so l only take it 2-3xA week but you'll have to work that out for yourself.Customer service at Raw Forrest Foods is excellent although it might take a couple days to phone you back.

Tastes like celery water and it says to take 3 droppers full why does my dropper go 3/4’s of half the dropper? I haven’t seen any results only taken 3 days so far.

Very efficient and effective. Easy to take and it works pretty well. No it's not a drug so it won't give you instant effects. But I'll eat my hat if you take this consistently for a month and notice 0 improvement in energy, vitality, masculine reserves. Need I say more? It's a little expensive but I do believe that the high quality of this product justifies the expense to a large degree.

It's a little too spicy for me but I can't wait to see the result. I really don't like to take vitamins on an empty stomach for that reason I may not order a 2nd bottle.
