ChocZero Sugar Free Toasted Oat Breakfast Biscuits, Gluten Free

Like the texture and taste very much. Not extremely high in carbohydrates. Pretty expensive

I’ve been with CZ for about 7 years and they have been key to helping me live a low carb lifestyle. Supposedly our tastebuds change every seven years but I have the biggest sweet tooth that will apparently never go away. I’ll preface my review for anyone who may be influenced by mine or others by saying if you’re expecting any alternative to sugar filled snacks to taste exactly the same, get that out of your head. Be realistic with your expectations and don’t bash products because they don’t provide that sugary response/taste you’re used to. This, however, definitely doesn’t mean they’re nasty. CZ makes the most delicious and healthy snacks (no artificial ingredients) you’ll find on the market that taste just as good, not necessarily identical, as the unhealthy snacks. No other brand does what they do. If you follow keto, you have to be mindful of artificial sweeteners and sugar alcohols, even if they don’t count towards your net carbs. Do your own research on them and their potential side effects to your overall health and keto lifestyle. These biscuits, which I consider cookies, are sooooooo good. lol That’s no exaggeration. They’re crisp but not too thin(which I think their Speculoos are but I enjoy nonetheless), they taste like lightly sweetened oats, and I think I detect a hint of vanilla which I like, but that’s just me bc it’s not on the ingredients list. All of the ingredients blend so well together and provide an excellent taste without unnecessary calories, carbs, and artificial ingredients. There are 3 biscuits in each pack and they are a decently filling snack. I can somewhat shamelessly eat 4 packs of Speculoos (I know, too much of a good thing isn’t good) but one or two of these and I’m satisfied. I’m going to switch to these for my go to cookie. I’ll keep buying from this brand because of the quality and taste. CZ products and a low carb lifestyle has allowed me to drop 12 pants sizes and almost 60lbs, so yeah, I’m staying right here. These are so good. I will buy again and again. My new go to breakfast. And I have stomach issues and I have no issues when I eat these.

A great snack for anytime. Taste is delicious. one negative is broken cookies in the package.

Low carbing? Grab these! Pricey, yes and why I've cut back buying the boxes in today's economy. They are delicious especially with coffee or tea. If you get rid of all sugar in your diet for at least 30 days, these will satisfy your sweet tooth completely -- but, limit yourself! Don't do as I first did, eat the whole box in one sitting. To avoid that, I keep the box in the back of my freezer and eat only 1-3 cookie pod (outta sight....).. And, I take my time; not just gobble them up which makes me want to grab that box and chow down. If you liked oatmeal and/or you're wheat sensitive, or low-carbing -- people, grab these!

They are too small and too thin. I wish they were double the size and double the thickness (this is the reason why I have 3 stars). For a man like me who is strong, 6' tall, and weighs 226 pounds, I have to eat 2 packages of them in the morning with my coffee. I have to try to find something bigger. I love the one I ordered. I ordered the oats. They are tasty and good, crispy, and very good with sugarless coffee with milk. Make them bigger and thicker.

So good I feel like I'm cheating on my keto diet. 3 net carbs per packet, 3 cookies in a packet. No weird sugar alcohol taste either. Reminds me of Lorna doone cookies but oaty. Delicious with a cup of coffee or tea.

Is tasted very good, but for the money I would not buy them again
