We lost our home in hurricane Helene and were displaced for over six months. We live on the water and our backyard was flooded with seawater which killed all of our sod. This has created a dirty/mud environment. While we wait for landscapers, our dogs paws have been awful if they run around. I tried a wet towel, wet wipes, and a toothbrush to clean them, but none were great.I decided to try this little wash/brusher contraption and it does the job!! I have to fill it to the top because my smallest is only 7 pounds and his little paw can't reach down very far. They don't mind it at all. I will say it helps to twist when you go up and down on their paw to help the scrubbers work into the crevices.I keep it by the patio door and when they come in the sunroom they know to sit down while I clean them off. Then a quick dry with a towel and they are good as new! This was also priced better than competitors and is identical.

Does a pretty good job of cleaning paws, but your dog has to cooperate or you'll just get water everywhere!

My friend swore by this for our lab with muddy feet from being outside. So as always, works for some not for others. I guess it cleaned her feet off but I still had to towel dry her feet so just as well continue to use a towel. If we traveled more with her, it may be a different story. Delivery was quick.

The interior parts are difficult to assemble after you take it apart to clean it. It’s not tall enough for a 44 pound dog. It’s too tight this is for like a dachshund up to terriers. Value is there I guess.

My dog loves putting her paws inside this device. She loves being groomed and pampered, so I believe this feels like a massage for her. We have an electric version which scares her a little, so this one is slightly less stressful for her. She is a small 17 lb dog, so the Medium size is perfect for her. This paw cleaner is great for those narrow/small paws.With the maximum opening at 1.15 inches on the top and narrows down to 0.38 inches at the very bottom, this can clean my dog's muddy paw with few rubs.The silicon bristles won't harm the dog at all.Clean up is easy, too.The bonus bath pad is nice, but won't work for all dogs as its bristles are super short at 0.25 inches.

i got a defective product for sure.While the cleaning process works well, the lid design needs improvement. It tends to come loose, leading to spills when removing your dog’s leg. Tightening the lid securely would prevent this mishap.
