This immersion blender works really well and has plenty of power. It blends smoothly and quickly without struggling, even with thicker ingredients. I like the different attachments—it makes it really versatile for everyday use. The speed settings are easy to control, and the turbo option is a nice bonus when you need extra power. It feels solid and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. Overall, really happy with it and definitely a great addition to the kitchen.

This is definitely the best handheld immersion blender I have found for making smoothies with frozen fruit. It chops up the strawberries, bananas and blueberries, no problem. The area around the blade is well designed — allowing the chopped food to escape and not create unwanted suction in a cup. The size and design is nice to hold and easy to use. I really love the fact that it has a "turbo" button. I use this briefly when I add 3-4 frozen strawberries to chop them, since they seem to be some of the harder fruits to break up. I am very pleased with the smooth, creamy shakes/smoothies I am able to get from this unit. I have also used it with hot dishes — such as lentil dal and it too comes out smooth and creamy. This said, I admit, I have not tried the accessories, but I'm sure they will function as intended. The price is right and the functionality is great — would recommend!

I bought this Mueller Multistick 5-in-1 immersion blender specifically to keep in my camper. I wanted something compact and versatile that could handle basic kitchen jobs without taking up the space of a full-size blender or food processor. The overall build feels sturdy and the appearance is simple and clean. It has plenty of power for the types of smaller jobs I use it for, and the multiple attachments and 12 speed settings with turbo boost give it a good amount of versatility. It isn't particularly quiet, but the noise level is reasonable for an immersion blender and not something that bothers me. The capacity is one area where this is naturally limited by the handheld design. It's great for smaller batches, sauces, soups, smoothies, and other camper-sized portions, but it isn't something I'd choose when I need to process a large quantity at once. My biggest complaint is cleaning the blades. The blade area has several places where food can get caught, and it's not especially easy to clean thoroughly by simply rinsing it. I find myself having to pay more attention to that area than I would like. I also really wish it came with a storage case. My previous Hamilton Beach immersion blender included one, and I loved having a place to keep the blender, attachments, and accessories together. That's especially useful in a camper where storage space is limited. Overall, this is a good, versatile immersion blender for a camper or small kitchen, particularly if you want something compact that can handle smaller portions. The power and variety of attachments are good, but I'd love to see easier-to-clean blades and a storage case included.

The good feature of this blender is that when it works it is very effective. The first one that I bought was for my boat. I appreciated the compactness while still being an effective blender -- more effective than much bigger and more expensive devices. After not that much use, the shaft bearing and seal from the blender head to the motor portion of the device failed. I managed to get the shaft centered even without the bearing and seal, and continued to use it. Unfortunately, a characteristic of the blender seems to force the liquid that is being mixed up the shaft where it can't be cleaned. After some time using it like this, I noticed goop dripping down into my smoothie. Yuk! It was beyond the time period for returns to Amazon, so I just bit the bullet and ordered a new one. I was really impressed that the new version was quite a bit better -- it seemed more heavy duty and the mixing portion of the shaft had a nice design that seemed to help it with mixing frozen fruit into yogurt. Unfortunately, after only a couple of days, the motor would intermittently stop during mixing. This only happened at first in the "turbo" mode, but then it stopped more often and finally would hardly run at all. In the variable speed mode, it was starting to exhibit the same intermittent stopping as in the turbo mode. This time, it was well within the return period so I sent it back. I got the replacement very quickly, and tried it out just a few hours ago. Unfortunately, it almost immediately exhibited the random stopping of the motor. What a disappointment! A seemingly well-engineered piece of equipment that is undermined by some sort of production flaw! I don't know what to do at this point, beyond returning the replacement and getting my money back. I guess I will look for a similar stick blender that has better reliability. P.S. The company has since replaced the motor part again and again it has failed. The blender part has also developed problems with the shaft bearing. I ordered a different brand of the same or similar-looking product. I hope it's not just the same machine with a different label.

This is the second one of these that I have bought. I am the retired husband, and do most of the cooking in the house and can say its uses are many and wide ranging. Whether a smoothie, frozen cocktail, or making velvets, or even my favorite ravioli or risotto sauce, this immersion blender is great. Has a great, seperate veg/fruit chopper and also a deep plastic cup for drink or other liquid blending. Has a forward and reverse- the upper button (don't know which does which) after a few seconds will cause a vacuum/vortex that is useful to blend a sauce, velvet, or other liquid to consistent and smoothness you desire, but while it takes a little practice, is so much easier to control, clean and create with than the old-style glass blender! And quicker. I looked at reviews of this brand against the (some really high) pricey better known names, and this one came back as more reliable and I can truthfully say, it has been the better value. I have had the first one for two years of heavy use, and it is still going strong/like new. This second one is for #3 son who needs one for his apartment at University in a week. I can't get over how much faster and easier it is to use (and especially, CLEAN) than the old-man ways of the blender era - (eye roll). For me, this immersion blender is one of those few and rare things that is so much better and such an improvement over what you thought or used to do. I admit it: I am an old, Hotel, F&B guy who likes his Food and Beverage served traditionally, but, there is room under the sun for new, if it makes the old better! If you can't tell, I love this apparatus, and along with a rice cooker, micro, and Air Fryer, I ajudge it an essential for anyone who cares about Food, Beverage AND time!

I LOVE THIS THING! It is so handy! I wish I had gotten one sooner. Absolutely a steal for the price, and it's so easy to use. Makes great smoothies, and the attachments are all super simple. 10/10!

I've been using the blender kit for several months now and it's perfectly working. The blades are very sharp, the materials seem resistant, and most items can be washed in the dishwasher. It's powerful, although I don't see much difference from the lower to maximum speeds. It definitely worth the money.

The Mueller Austria Hand Blender, Smart Stick 800W, 12 Speed and Turbo Mode, 3-in-1 fell short of my expectations. I purchased it for use in the UK, but it arrived with a USA plug and 110 volts, which is incompatible in the UK. The product description failed to clarify this crucial detail, leading to a frustrating and inconvenient situation. Additionally, the inclusion of 'Austria' in the name created the false impression that it was a European product. I now have to bear the burden of return transportation costs. This lack of clarity and additional expenses have left me disappointed with the purchase!!

I wanted as flexible an immersion blender as I could get and this one is it. 800w of power demolishes frozen fruit in a smoothie. Using the blender portion has been a bit frustrating as it is not a tight seal so you have to make sure you’re applying pressure down to keep liquids from leaking out. I think it’s a small sacrifice as I am impressed by the price and quality. It’s very comfortable in your hand as well. I’m very happy.
