Sorry you are researching this, but this WORKS!
Ok if you are reading this review you are probably panicking. Lice is so gross and the life cycle last weeks. We have tried the natural oil stuff, the combing, etc. This stuff is by far the easiest to apply and it just works!! Will absolutely buy again if we ever need to (hopefully not).

Effective to get rid of lice and eggs
This product save my kids, i’ve been struggling to get rid of the lice and i tried OTC product but none of them works until i found this one. I only use 1 and all the lice, eggs gone. So effective and no skin irritation. Money worth it.. so i highly recomend this one..

Once and Done... nope. Not true.
Looking back It did work! Five stars It hasn't worked yet. I think it has helped some, but I just bought a different product to use to finish the job, I hope. It's been a week and the Lice are NOT gone. BTW, I did remove all bedding and washed and dried using very high heat. I will now use the additional treatment I bought at the store. I think If I had bought two or more of these Once and Done treatments it would have worked as I did see improvement after two or three days.

LOVE it because it actually works!
Unfortunately, my daughter has had lice a few times this school year, and we've tried several different treatments. RID One & Done is the only product that consistently got the job done. It was easy to use, and we didn't have to spend hours combing through her hair afterward. I know it's more expensive than some of the other options, but in our experience, the cheaper products didn't work and ended up costing more in the long run because we had to keep buying different treatments. If you're dealing with lice, I recommend saving yourself the frustration and going with this product from the start. It worked for us when nothing else did.

Not magic, requires thorough cleaning of everything..
Lice came back in 3 weeks. Environmental problem I suppose. Or I caught them on the bus. I'll try it again when I can be more thorough.

One and Done is Exactly what it does!
My oldest daughter unfortunately brought home the dreaded head lice from school. I was able to resolve this problem with other products and being super thorough going through her hair....but obviously it didn't fix the issue that there was an outbreak at the school...hence my younger daughter then got it a week or so later! I tried the same method that I used on her sister and was also very thorough again, but by the next week, she had it AGAIN! This time Momma wasn't playing. 3+ weeks of dealing with this mess and quarantining from our friends/family was enough! I purchased Rid One & Done in one last attempt to clear my girl of any more creepy crawlies, and it worked! It was "lotion-y" when putting onto her dry hair, which felt strange, but once it was completely saturated it was ok and didn't feel greasy. We let it sit and followed the directions on the bottle. I used the entire thing on her hair. We haven't had any re-infestations since using this and all the yucks are now gone!! I'll for sure be using this product going forward if the kiddos bring it home from school again. 100% Recommend!

Partially effective; you will need to lice comb in the shower
This product may help with regular lice, but be aware that “super lice” — which are resistant to basic insecticides — can survive it. The instructions say to discard the tube even if you have product left after the first application. Based on my experience and research, I strongly recommend you don’t. You’ll likely need more than one treatment. Even if most lice are killed, it only takes a single survivor to continue laying eggs. Assume this product is partially effective rather than a guaranteed solution. Think of it as possibly killing around some of the active lice and some portion of the eggs — not clearing everything. After digging into the science, lice biology, and endless rumors, home remedies, and anecdotes, the most effective method I’ve found is simple: use a lice comb in the shower. Comb methodically, in multiple directions, and repeat consistently. In my case, this product worked only as a supplement, especially for super lice. I’d estimate it might kill 20% of the weaker lice and a fraction of the eggs. But if you use it every 2–3 days along with thorough combing each shower, you may see real progress over time. That combination is what ultimately worked for me. I’ve tried Nix and plenty of other solutions, spending time and money on just about everything. You may experiment however you want, but if you’re dealing with super lice, don’t rely on treatments alone. Daily, multi-directional combing in the shower is the most reliable approach I’ve found that works for everyone, including my kids. If you've ever wondered why those folks in the YouTube videos about lice treatment centers and why workers don't wear head coverings while treating people with lice; is most likely because they go home and shower with a lice comb. They are just gatekeeping this information which is why our society at large continues to deal with these horrible bugs. Go shove them down the drain with your lice comb in the shower. And no, it does not matter what kind of lice comb and if you do it before shampoo or after or what kind of this or that; just get to combing in the shower. And also lice cannot fly or jump or live off of your head for more than a few hours and cannot crawl more than inches off our heads. These are all myths that we have to deal with. Let's get back to facts and kill these mofos so we don't have to keep reinfesting our ourselves as a society.

GREAT product, just a bit pricey.
This stuff is AWESOME! This was the 2nd time we've had to deal with my daughter having lice. The first time was 5 years ago (when she was 5) & thankfully we had already cut her hair (that was down to the back of her knees) before that, otherwise I probably would've shaved her head. We spent MONTHS trying to get rid of the lice. Finally, a little bottle of regular Dawn dish soap with some tee tree oil a friend told me about worked. This time, it didn't seem to work. We saw this & decided to give it a try. So happy we did! There was a little left over after using it on my daughter's hair, so my wife used it on her's, but ended up needing more. I'm happy to say that it worked for both of them & there were A LOT less tears this time around than 5 years ago! We also loved the fact that it wasn't messy. I read a review that someone said it was really messy. Not sure what they did, because this was NOT messy. My only issue is the price. It's sad that it costs so much. Not everyone can afford a great product that actually works when it costs so much. I'd actually like to buy several tubes to have on hand when my daughter or grandkids get lice, but can't afford to do that right now.
