Q: can i attach this to my wall using screws? im using it as a pet gate for my husky to not get in other parts of the house at times.

yes. There is a limit for the opening but it attaches one side to the wall and the other there is a snap in latch to keep the door from swinging. I used it between some stairs outside to keep my dog from going up the stairs.

Q: How wides is the walkthrough

Since it attaches to the wall, on both sides it is as wide as your doorway.

Q: Is this easy to take down? I've been using pressure mount gates and my dog can take them down fairly easy. I need something that she cant push over.

This gate is not pressure mounted. You mount it to the wood on both sides at the top of the stairs or entrance that you want to block off. It is very secure and works well.
