This is a decent arca compatible plate. My minor gripe is that the screw will not stay tight. Every time I unlatched the mount from the tripod, I would have to retighten the screw again. The D ring on the screw is also rather thin, I'm afraid I'm gonna break it one of these days.

The first thing I noticed on this plate is that the screw used a wire loop for tightening onto the camera: other products use a stamped metal. It is difficult to get a lot of torque on this wire solution, and I ended up using a coin to achieve desired tightness.The next thing I noticed is that this product doesn't have a 'locking pin' - a small spike that rests in the grooves on the bottom of the camera, and prevents the plate from unscrewing over time. Indeed I did experience this plate coming loose after very limited test usage. This is NOT what you want to see when you have thousands of dollars of camera equipment depending on this product remaining secure.Finally I noticed the lack of metal compared to other products: this plate is very concave on the bottom, where as other models are solid metal.However this plate is the correct thickness and angle to achieve proper bite in the female part of the lock (see picture 3 and 4), whereas other products I have used were too thick - and barely made any contact in this most important spot.Overall these observations do not impact the functionality of this plate (with the exception of it coming loose). It bites well, it screws tight (with a coin) and the reduced metal content didn't lead to any failures in my testing. Coming loose from the camera was disappointing, but if you are using a smaller point-and-shoot or mirrorless this may be less of a problem - just make sure you it stays tight.I won't be ordering another, but the price is attractive if it meets your needs.

As the headline states: Perfect Match - DJI Ronin RS3I have the DJI Ronin RS3 gimbal and it's the perfect match for the original. I have two Sony A7IV cameras. The DJI baseplate and this plate is higher than standard Arca-Swiss plates which is great as it makes it less of a hassle switching out cameras and not having to rebalance the camera. Workmanship is excellent.

Works well for what it is

This quick release plate looks and works like the original DJI Ronin RS2 plate. I got it to attach to my 2nd camera so I can easily swap which camera to use in the gimbal. Since the mount is Arca-Swiss mount compatible, it works perfectly for me since I have Arca-Swiss plates and receivers on my cameras and tripods.

This is a super handy item and seems to be a perfect replacement for an OEM mount. Everything feels premium and I have no complaints about fit or finish. So far it's holding up great, and has been very handy in my videos.
