Jennings scales are the best...great value. I use out to measure powder throws for reloading....gives .1 grain readability and great quality desktop scale (not a flimsy pocket scale

First time turning this scale on, the display continually ...
First time turning this scale on, the display continually ran through numbers, never settling on zero. I turned it off, then on again and got an error message, "UnSta" which I assumed meant it sensed it was on an unstable surface. The instructions made no mention of error messages, though, so that's just a guess. Although it was situated on a flat, level countertop, I moved it to the kitchen table, and repeated the off and on. Same error reading, then random display numbers blinking continuously. Amazon accepted my return request, so I'm back to the drawing board looking for an affordable digital scale that reads to .01 grams.

Stopped Working Suddenty
This scale worked fine from the day I got it until today, less than a year later, when without warning it stopped working. First it wouldn't turn on when using the AC adapter. Okay, I unplugged it and used the battery backup. That worked for about 5 minutes. Then the battery said it was lo and the scale turned off. I changed the batteries, same thing. A few minutes later and it won't turn on at all, either with the adapter or with batteries. Very inconvenient thing to have happen in the middle of the lab test I bought this scale for.

Power button stuck
Power button stuck turning it off for the first time. Power button is stuck solid now and unusable.
