Valuable Therapy Tool After a Stroke
This is another excellent physical and occupational therapy tool for hand and wrist when recovering from a stroke. I learned about it from a Bob and Brad Physical Therapists video on YouTube, and it is helping a good friend get his strength back with patient regular use. Highly recommended by his occupational therapist.

Wrist wheel to increase mobility
This has been a perfect addition to help regain mobility in my wrist. The material is hard plastic and very durable. The handle size will accommodate both children and adults. Easy to use. Worth the money.

Great for rehabilitation.
I bought this after I had surgery to repair a broken wrist. My Occupational Therapist recommended it to me and it definitely helped to regain range of motion. Therapy requires lots of hard work and it was nice to have a tool at home that allowed me to supplement what I was doing at my appointments.

Use it or you lose it. Keep those hands and wrists moving.
My physical therapist recommended this tool for exercising my hand and wrist. She gave me some routines and exercises to do with this apparatus. Iโve seen great improvement. If youโre needing to strengthen your wrist or your grip or your range of motion, I recommend this. I donโt remember getting any elaborate or detailed information on suggested exercises however, if you go online, there are plenty of options on how to use this to achieve your best benefit.
