Very well made device. Very powerful vibrations - almost too powerful until you get used to it. Four modes of vibrational speed and intensity including a 'rising and falling' one. It is lightweight and the body is constructed from a stiff type of hard polystyrene, which is very strong and durable. Unlikely to fall apart. Charging is simple and quick, from the supplied mains adapter. Batteries provide a decent period of use before recharging needed, depending on mode selected, and the power from the internal vibration mechanism is quite amazing considering the light weight of the product. In use, the degree of muscle relaxation is superb, and considerably enhanced compared to a normal foam roller. For me, my kneck and shoulders benefit from only a few minutes and I find the option to vary the speed is extremely useful. It is quite hard to lay on - perhaps a little harder than one might be used to with a standard roller, but I find I can use it laying on the bed, or even sitting in a chair with the roller behind me, placed vertically or horizontally to target different areas. The use of the softer surfaces in no way diminishes the effectiveness of the vibrational effect. Overall, a very strong recommendation. Very good value for money. So much more than just a foam roller, but (for me), not for hours of use, more for 2-5 minute sessions.

Pros: The max vibration is strong with this one. Once the roller is charged, switched on and used as needed, it provides a deep buzzing massage which hopefully aids the muscle recovery. I'm pleased with it so far. Cons: Somewhat pricey for a vibrating piece of styrofoam. General feedback: Be warned once turned on to max setting the roller will try to run away unless firmly pinned down. Once pinned it's reminiscent of a boy racers car driving past the house with their bass heavy stereo blasting the latest drum n bass as the solid wooden floor, furniture and wall mounted pictures rattle. I suspect my wife might also be using this going forward...

My previous experience of foam rolling has been one of pain! This one isn't overly pleasant either BUT the different vibration speeds really do help hit the spot and actually eases the pain whilst rolling. I really like the speed variation, it makes it so much easier to work on those extra-tight muscles etc. The only thing you have to watch for is that on the highest speed, if you don't keep hold of it, it will bounce off! In terms of noise, I'm not sure what other vibrating foam rollers are like but this one is a bit noisy but that's probably not helped by having wood flooring! All in all, I would recommend this product, it really does ease off those muscular aches, pains and tension; well worth the money.

Had this for about six months, bought for back problems. At time of purchase my back pain had improved and used this only a couple of times and it feels good. Recently my back has flared up again and started using the roller again. Used it s couple of times until battery needed charging but it will not charge. Tried various things but nothing, not even any lights. Total waste of money, I ask myself what can have gone wrong with it, but considering it has little use and it's not something which gets knocked around I can only think that it's cheap components which are the problem. Keep clear, do not buy.

Amazing. My personal trainer recommended this for sore tendons after running. I also use it on my stiff back after the gym etc. It's good to use before workouts too. Brilliant product, four speeds, feels quality. I've not had to charge it yet, so it lasts a good while. I'm pleased I didn't go for a cheap one, this is invaluable to my training. It's also very relaxing.

Honestly, I can't tell the difference between this and a traditional foam roller in terms of how I feel afterward. It's just a foam roller that vibrates but as far as your muscles are concerned, it's really no different. Also, it's too loud, especially on the higher settings. If you've got a wife or kids asleep upstairs, then it will wake them up. My advice - stick to a good non-vibrating foam roller. Plus the price tag of £70 is too high for a cheap product from China.

Materiss AS l is like styrofoam so felt cheap. Device is fine though.

Ok so this is going to make a lot of noise on a wooden floor. Be warned! Especially if you live in a semi detached house. It’s less noisy when used on a solid floor. I use this at the gym after a workout and it’s fantastic! It’s like having massage therapy after every session. And a perfect wind down before using the gym spa. Comes with a great carry bag. Charges up quickly. Lightweight too. Highly recommend.

Après quelques utilisations j'ai vu quand même vue une grande différence contrairement au rouleau classique qui fait mal et qui une détente pas aussi bien. Pour le coup nous avons un rouleau qui par rapport à ses concurrents a un rapport-qualité-prix excellent. On redécouvre le roll-massage. Je conseille pour ceux qui souhaite une nouvelle expérience intéressante.

La usa mi hijo y se ha convertido en su mejor aliado. Lo usa antes y después del entreno y está súper contento. Ligera, las muescas perfectas y los diferentes modos de funcionamiento increíbles. Vale la pena el precio. Muy satisfecha.

il prodotto è arrivato in ritardo e, cosa che mi ha molto indispettita, nel seguire il pacco scopro che avrei richiesto lo spostamento della consegna cosa che non è assolutamente vera. Risultato mia figlia ha avuto il regalo di compleanno in ritardo!!! Pare comunque che funzioni bene

Très bon produit. Ça vibre fort ! Par contre si vous avez des voisins en bas et que vous avez du parquet clouté c'est un carnage... les vibrations améliorent vraiment l'efficacité par rapport a un rouleau classique.
