This has worked well for adding several wired devices where the router did not have enough Ethernet ports. Setup was genuinely plug and play: connect it to the router, plug in the devices and it is ready to use without any configuration. The connection has remained stable and the gigabit speeds are more than adequate for televisions, consoles, computers and other home equipment. Its compact size also makes it easy to hide behind a desk or mount out of the way. Another reliable and straightforward product from UGREEN.

Great bit of kit to be able to extend your ethernet connection, does exactly what it states it should. Did 5 speed checks over a 15min period and I'm recieving 950mbps - 1GB sometimes just over. For the price & quality, it's brilliant.

This is a super compact switch with excellent performance which (for me) and was attracted to it due to the small footprint and the side power port. A number of TP switches with metal casings have the power port on the back which means for my media unit it takes a bit more space than usual, and this is where this compact switch comes in - it's about the size of a credit card and can handle 1Gbps speeds! However, coming from TP-Link switches, it seems a bizarre design choice by UGREEN to have the Ethernet ports upside down! This means you need to twist the cables the other way which isn't easy if you're using rigid CAT6 or similar cabling, and for me to use this switch I would have had to place the unit upside down. The downside of placing it upside down means that you can't see the status/act LEDs because they're on the other side. Not sure why they couldn't have just stuck the ports the right way around! Surprised to see that no-one has mentioned this in their reviews - but it is visible in the pictures (see attached) so do make up your own mind if this is suitable for your needs. Anyway, I have bought another TP Ethernet switch instead, which will meet my needs better. Overall, though, this is an excellent value for money switch that's super easy to use!

good build quality, and worked out of the box.

The switch is extremely small and can be placed anywhere. Connection ports are as required and are a snug fit. Once connected to the network the data flow was as expected. The unit remains cool during heavy usage. Overall, it does as expected and is worth the money

The usual Ugreen quality. What can I say - I got it out of the box, I plugged it in, I connected it up - And it worked - Perfectly. A nice compact little unit. The only thing I did was used a little bit of masking tape over the unused port to stop dust getting in to hopefully avoid any issues in the future if I do need to use the extra/spare socket. This does everything you need it to do at a great price. As a note: I had to contact Ugreen about an issue with a phone mount - Their customer service is perfect and fast. If you're looking for any other tech accessories, take a look at their shop.

Usual Ugreen quality. Far smaller than competitors, works perfectly & does exactly what it claims - simple! Excellent value for money. A very happy customer.

Good device

Très bon switch Ethernet. Je l’ai relié à mon câble Ethernet principal afin de connecter à la fois ma PS5 et mon PC, et il fait parfaitement le travail. La connexion est stable, le débit reste le même et l’installation est très simple. C’est pratique pour éviter de devoir débrancher et rebrancher les câbles à chaque fois. Bon produit, compact et efficace, je recommande.

This item exceeded my expectations but it works flawless. No ethernet speed was lost. All wired internet was fast using Xbox Series X and Laptop at same time. Downloading files on laptop and playing online fighting games on xbox can be done at same time with blazing fast speed. No internet speed slowdown at all. Even downloading huge video game files can be done super fast. I am satisfied with my purchase
