I have/had PF in my right foot for almost a year. It started going away after wearing slippers around the house 24/7, but then I started walking on the treadmill and it came back with a vengeance. One night I decided to roll my foot on a can of expired ravioli I found in the back of the pantry. It hurt, but felt soooo good. I’m not kidding you, but the next day I had zero pain.Fast forward about two months and the can has started to weaken and dent, so off I went to find a substitute. Enter this foot roller. It’s the perfect size. It lifts my foot far enough off the floor so I can get a good amount of pressure on my arches while rolling, and the middle section that’s a little wider is perfect for that. It rolls nicely under my foot on carpet without turning or moving side to side like the can did. The nubs don’t really add anything for me.
