Been going through/finishing chemo and I was having SEVERE hot flashes/night sweats. Like, I thought I could not go on. I tried many prescriptions, nothing helped!!! I was miserable! I found this and I was desperate. Was nervous about spending too much money on something that didn’t work. But OH. MY. GOD. It works! I went from hot flashes every 15-30 min to a small handful amount of times a day. Way less severe too. Also, at night I went from waking up every hour drenched in sweat to maybe once or twice. I highly recommend this! Seriously, if you’re desperate, it’s worth a shot.

This was recommended by my ND to reduce hot flashes and night sweats during menopause and has helped wonderfully with less sleep interruptions. Highly recommend this product! I do have to take 2 before bed rather than just 1.

I was sceptical after trying many natural things for hot flashes and the dreaded night sweats and nothing worked. Saw an add for this and went straight to Amazon to see if it was available and to read reviews. This stuff DOES work!!!! It is a lifesaver. The night sweats were unbearable, not sleeping is not healthy and embarrassing hot flashes During the day was terrible. It took about 2 weeks for this to work for me. After reading reviews on here that said they saw a change in just a day or few days, was not the case for me. I was discouraged when after a week there was really no difference, but I am glad I stayed with it and gave it a chance because it did kick in and has helped tremendously!! Symptoms have pretty much gone and if I do get a bit of a hot flash or night time ones, they are so minor that you may Feel a little warm but are not bothered ( that is far and few between as well) I would HIGHLY recommend This product!! Better than having to resort to HRT Give it a couple of weeks, it will change your life!!!
