If you love pens, you'll be happy with Pentel. The fact that they make such nice looking pens, and you can then buy refills is PERFECT! You'll be keeping extra plastic out of the landfill. Pentel is always smooth and a pleasure to write with.

A box of 12 EnerGel 0.7 refills for Pentel pens. Why, you may ask, don’t I just chuck the used up Pentel pen into the trash? I’m just weird I suppose. I enjoy the grip of that pen. I love the star spangled pattern. I couldn’t seem to toss it away after the ink was gone, so I purchased more refills. The black ink makes my gruesome writing look legible. The ink flows like Hershey chocolate syrup. If it were edible I’d probably drink it. Mmm.

I love the color and consistency and how the pens write. But some of them leak... I had no problem with the original pen, only the refills. I had 2 so far that were very leaky and some that are mildly leaky. If you keep it in your bag or purse, use a plastic zipper bag to store it.

I’ve been searching for a good refill for my Tul .7 Medium black gel pens (which I adore). Because the Tul refills are often more costly than the pens themselves, or just really difficult to find. These Pentel EnerGel metal tip roller pen refills fit perfectly and work great! I’m so happy! Just remember to save and reuse the little metal springs from the original pens because these don’t come with new springs.
