I have used almost all of them since purchasing them! They work for headaches, burns, and itching. They are pretty easy to put on, just peal and stick. If it gets too cold you can take it off and the coolness stays for quite some time. I’ve used them a lot for my nieces itchiness, once she starts she can’t stop. They go on and soothe with the cooling sensation. I also like to put them on my neck when I get tension headaches. Work for so much I love them!

Love, love, love these!!! My family and I use them for fevers, headaches and just to cool down. They work really well and are easy to use. Just peel off the back and slap them on your head! It's that easy.

I love this product and the value is great. My only issue is that the patch doesn't hold up well when placed on the back of your neck at night. Other than that, it's works great when needing to move around at work or at home. More efficient and practicable than an ice pack.

Nice cooling gel patch that you can stick to the forehead or back of the neck. I personally like using it for headaches as I do suffer from migraines from time to time. it does have a nice cool feeling to it and amount that you get definitely is worth it. They do come individually wrapped so you don’t have to worry about the gel drying out, but the one thing that I don’t really enjoy is that once you move it around- let’s say you put it on your forehead, and then you want to readjust and you readjust it about three times it starts to lose its stickiness. But other than that they are really useful, especially during the summer when it is hot, they are a nice cooling patch for you. I can even stick teach you all night long even if you sleep with it.

When they’re cold & stay cold, they’re great. But there is no consistency from 1 patch to the next in regards to how cold they get or for how long they stay cold. Purchased to combat chronic migraines when traveling and they proved unreliable, leaving me without a solution to dull the pain on flights, long car rides, etc. Tried prior to traveling, had some success with the first few, but the remainder of the package had about a 20% rate of patches being very cold or of staying cold for more than 5 minutes.

I suffer from chronic migraines and sometimes a cool washcloth just won't do the trick. When I discovered these I wasn't quite sure if I really thought they would work but after the first use I was hooked. They are a life saver when it comes to my migraines and they make a huge difference in the duration and pain level. The only thing that might be a downside for individuals who are a bit more sensitive would be that they do tend to get pretty cool and if you aren't expecting that it May be a little overwhelming.

There are simply better products out there but I tried these thinking they were cheaper and couldn’t be that different- very mistaken. The brand I normally buy is Wellpatch. It is much cooler so offers quicker relief that works. These patches stay attached longer but aren’t as cooling or comfortable and the worst part has been I now have a severe painful rash on my forehead from using these. I’ve had to throw them away. I don’t have sensitive skin or acne or any reason why this would happen- it was the patches. I’m hopeful it doesn’t cause scarring. So please beware it can cause some sort of rash/burn. I certainly wouldn’t advise using these on children!

Doesn’t stay cool at all. I wouldn’t recommend this brand. When they arrived they were actually hot and even after being in the freezer they’re only about half as cool as name brand ones like be cool. I was excited since these can be expensive and dealing with chronic health issues means I use them frequently, but I don’t think I would buy these again they also aren’t as sticky when out in spaces where you move at all (such as bottom of the neck)
