Coincidentally dairy-free
It's a bit hard to find a hot chocolate mix that is dairy-free, but this one is. Ingredients are minimal and generally high-quality, though people with soy allergies should know that it does contain soy lecithin. Of course, it's possible to mix your own hot chocolate using cocoa powder and a sweetener of your choice, but for convenience and taste, these are excellent.
