Raw Essential Pre-Workout Fruit Burst 12X30 Servings

I’d never used a pre-workout before because I’ve never liked coffee and was always a little hesitant about highly caffeinated supplements. After reading the directions, I decided to start with just half a scoop before my 5:30 a.m. workout to see how my body would respond. It ended up being the perfect amount. Within about 20–30 minutes, I felt awake, focused, and ready to train. The energy was clean and steady, and I honestly felt like I could walk through a brick wall. I had plenty of motivation to push through my workout without feeling overly stimulated or dealing with a crash afterward. One thing worth mentioning is that the first couple of times I used it, I got the familiar tingling and itchy feeling on my face from the beta-alanine. Since I was new to pre-workouts, it caught me off guard at first, but after a little research I realized it was a normal side effect for many people. After the first few workouts, I barely noticed it anymore. It also mixes well, tastes good, and doesn’t leave a gritty residue in the shaker bottle. Since half a scoop works so well for me, this container should last a long time. If you’re new to pre-workouts and a little nervous like I was, I’d definitely recommend starting with half a scoop. For me, RAW Essential has been an excellent introduction, and I’ll be buying it again.

I really like this pre-workout. It gives me a good boost of energy and helps me stay focused throughout my workout without feeling overly jittery. The flavor is good, it mixes well, and I like the overall effect. Definitely a solid pre-workout for the price.
