How much does each one weigh?

These walker forearm adapters work only with a particular European walker manufacturre - they are not some sort of universal kit for a walker you may already have. They were very sturdy, weighing perhaps a pound each. But there was no way at all to connect to our pre-existing walker, so we sent them back, and then ordered a walker that was already equipped with the forearm assembly. So we had to buy a new higher performance walker, but it provided a great reduction of pressure on my wife’s hands and wrists during recovery from a hip injury. The hand numbness was getting to be a serious problem of its own. Best wishes.

If it doesn't fit the walker, can it be returned?

Yes, we returned for full money back; a better way may just to order a Pre-assembled walked with forearm capability.
