A Must Have
These are the best Wodehouse story depictions ever and I highly recommend them to you. Whilst the more modern almost cartoon-like series were a bit of fun to watch, these conjure up the written word in a most remarkable way. I will certainly watch and enjoy them time and time again. The acting by the way is superlative.

They Don't Make Em like This Anymore!
An incredibly good romp that does justice to the works of Wodehouse. The partnership of the brilliant john alderton and his equally excellent wife Pauline Collins bring to life superbly this quintessentially English writers world. They simply do not make em like this anymore and it is a joy to watch .

A wonderful old series
This complete collection of the wonderful 70s series starring the inimitable duo Pauline Collins and John Alderton is just great to watch over and over again. Half an hour of Wodehouse humour a day keeps depression away!

A mixed bag.
Some of these Wodehouse stories are very funny, some are quite uninspired. A real mixed bag.

A must for Wodehouse fans!
Was hungry for some more Wodehouse after finishing my Jeeves and Wooster box set (recommended). So after checking the reviews I invested, money well spent. Great series, very funny, Alderton and Collins on top form. I had forgotten how good they were / are! Nice intro each episode from P.G. himself. Sit back and enjoy, watch with a cup of tea and a lemon slice!

Great stuff
This series is so good and John Alderton and Pauling Collins are made for it. Loved it, what a treat. We really enjoyed it.

Oh dear!
Struggled through three episodes, gave up. Dreadful acting, flabby stories and worst of all John Alderton never stops shouting. Seriously disappointed.

Watch and enjoy.
Excellent writing and acting. A great cast led notably by Collins and Alderton.Worth every penny of the price.
