I love this product... taste good, it works for the gut, value small for the price, good ingredients, very relaxing

I ordered this tea to help with gut health. The flavor is actually pretty good if you add a little honey. I have a cup daily and my gut feels fantastic.

I wanted to try this as a liver detox to see if it works for hangovers. My initial impression was the tea blend definitely appears to be made of good quality ingredients. I don't normally drink whole, loose leaf tea like this, but it very clearly has much larger chunks than a typical ground tea. The flavor was bright, earthy and floral. I'm not a huge coffee or tea drinker, but IMO it was a little too bitter. I needed a touch of lemon and honey, but that made it perfect for me. I was pretty hungover when I tried this (As it claims to be a liver detox). I can't say for certain if it works or not, but I did feel better after I had a cup, but I also ate a decent meal, had a cup of coffee and some gatorade. I don't know if it is possible for 1 glass of tea to have a noticeable impact on digestion or liver detox, but anecdotally, I did feel better, and I did have a pretty big movement afterwards. realistically, this would probably be something you would take daily or multiple times a week to see any real, lasting benefits. it would be hard for anybody to say anything other than anecdotally that this particular product was effective or not. I HAVE done quite a lot of damage to my liver in my 20s-30s, so I'm going to continue to drink it until it is gone. The ingredients appear to be high quality and it could possibly benefit. My only real critique is maybe more on me than the product. i am not at all used to drinking loose leaf tea. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the only way I could think of was to use a fine mesh strainer, or pour it through a coffee filter. In My opinion, it is a little more complicated than the green tea tea bags I normally drink. Maybe if I drank this more often I would have some better options? I don't know, do people have their own tea bag? is there a better way for steeping and straining the tea?

The flavor is smooth and earthy, with subtle floral notes that are both soothing and refreshing. I love that it's made with organic, whole ingredients — I can truly taste the quality in every sip. Whether I need a calming tea at night or a refreshing infusion during the day, this tea hits the spot every time!

Buyer, beware that this is a small amount of herbal tea. I was taken aback by how little product you get for the price. The tea quality looks good, and I plan to use it, but I am disappointed with the quantity for the price. It is expensive for 2 oz.
