I haven't yet put them in the garden, but I can tell you this: They arrived in a white bubble-wrapped envelope inside a clear bag. I took this envelope upstairs and put it on a dressing table and 'forgot' about it. Anyway, we've recently had some incredible thunderstorms and one night I was confronted by an object that glowed-in-the-dark.It took me a while to work out what it was. So if it can glow through a padded envelope imagine what it must be like if it is open for all to seeOkay, it arrived on time and was well packaged.P.S. The child in me has this 'wicked' idea. I might get a few bags and sprinkle them over the family grave and 'await' the wrath of the local vicar :)

These lovely blue stones are just as described, holding the glow for far longer than I expected! They give off a magical glow that makes it look like fairies have been dancing among my flowers. Until I do more work in the garden they're not yet a permanent addition, but very soon they will be precisely the finishing touch we need. I would have given 5 stars but I'm just a little disappointed by the moulding crease marks, although these are not at all visible from a distance or when glowing in the dark.

I was really looking forward to getting these and for them to enhance our water feature with blue light In evenings and overnight. I could not be more disappointed. Left in the sun for three days to absorb the light and they returned absolutely nothing. We even put them on a dark background in the sun to help them. Nothing. Not a glimmer. As an enhancement to our water feature they failed miserably. After the third day I parcelled them up and asked for a return slip. I’m sending them back today. I’m just glad I can actually get a refund because at £14.99 they really are a waste of money. Really really disappointing.

They glow indoors!I gave the bag 2-3 minutes under a UV torch, just to test them out, and they glow quite nicely. The initial brightness fades off relatively fast, but retains a decent glow. The pics are - low light, just after charging them, a dark room just after charging, and dark room 10 mins later.Updated:I put these around the edge of one of my flower beds. They look very lovely in the daytime, and they have a subtle glow throughout dusk. By the time it is full dark, however, very sadly, the glow has faded to a point where they can't be seen at all. It's very disappointing, as I have a green glow pebble from a friend who got some a couple of years ago, which sits on my bathroom windowsill and glows all night!

After a day of sun these stones glow for hours. I’ve put them in a vase as a decoration detail and it's looks an amazing accent in the evening. The color of shining stones is same as in the picture.

Do not buy this product it's a scam. These suppossingly solar stones don't work. I put them in the garden four days ago with sunlight on them every day but they don't light up in the dark. I am annoyed with Amazon that they have not carried out a product test on these stones because if they did then they would know that they don't work. I can't get hold off the scammer directly to get a refund. This is why I am posting this to warn people not to buy these coloured non solar stones. I have reported it to Trading Standards so hopefully they can help me because Amazon do not want to help me with getting a refund and are very happy that their customers are being conned.

These give off a lovely blue glow (although they fade quite pale after about three hours) I’ve used these to mark steps up to spa area in our garden as a cheap accident prevention aid

I read the reviews prior to buying and noted most people said they didn't work even tho the seller responded back and told people how to use them. Well I took the plunge had them under a strong lamp on a flat tray for a solid 3 days, nothing happened. Left them in the sun for days (remember the week of hot sunny weather, yep nothing).If you want blue plastic like pebbles that do not glow then fine. I do not have an aquarium etc. So have no use for them and dumped them in the bin ( too much hassle to repackage print labels and wait for a refund).If there is some magic to get these to work I must confess I have nonsuch skills.Blue plastic like pebbles yes go ahead and buy ( the colour is good). Glo pebbles ..naw.I've tried to give this a no star rating but Amazon will not allow it..so dont take my stars as some acceptance!
