This is a box. It does box things.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have this housing a sump pump battery. It fits because I measured before I bought and it came the size it says. Label came off easy which is an unusual convenience. Lid fits even with wires running through it (channels made for that on 2 corners). Screwed it to a piece of wood at the bottom and it did not break like some brittle plastics would. Can't say much more about a box.

It works as intended but you do need a strap to hold the lid down
Simple battery box it gets no simpler than this and the battery box I was given with the trailer when we bought it it normally houses 2 6 volt batteries so it's really wide I bought one single 12 volt deep cycle and I had them cobble together some inserts made from wood to keep it from moving around I didn't like that. So I replaced the battery box with this one and voila no problem battery fits inside nice and snug. Feeling it didn't come with is the mounting strap to hold the lid on which I'm not sure if it was supposed to but you're going to need a strap or something to hold the lid down.

Perfect fit for my 100AH deep storage battery
The first box shipped without the lid, but the return was easy and the replacement had everything needed. I easily secured the box to my RV trailer tongue, and added a "kill" switch to the top. Now my RV battery is protected from the elements and safely attached to my trailer. The price was reasonable and the product quality matched the description.

Cheap Non snapping-but knew that. At 16 donuts it’s worth it. Anything more hard pass. Hate the notion you need to use straps. But what do you want for 16 donuts
