Grass grew great. In a hot climate here in San Antonio seeds were easy to grow. Key to success in getting this grass, or any new seeds, to grow is water, water, and water. I simply watered in the morning, if I stopped home for lunch, and in the evening. Doesn't require a ton of water; just keep the seeds and ground moist. Making a second purchase to reseed other areas needing treatment.

Very disappointed in this seed. Followed instructions meticulously for over seeding an area roughly 20’x60’. Raked it in and kept it watered twice a day for almost 3 weeks. I would guess about 20% actually germinated.

Disappointed. Have grown lawns from seed many times. I made sure to have adequate seed spread out and good seed soil contact. Watered twice a day for two weeks and not a single blade. Very disappointed. Would have gotten the same result spreading 50 bucks in nickels on the lawn. I suspect the seed had been sitting for a long period of time in excessive heat or just old seed. Horrible purchase and waste of time and money (and paying to water dirt)

Be patient and keep it moist and watered in and it will grow, took about 14 days before I saw any growth by the 30th day I had a lawn. Planted my seed on bare dirt for new lawn.
