The powder dissolves in water, but lemon water or tea is better. I have used drops, but these packs are much better for work/travel/on-the-go.Also, their night skin cream is fantastic!

This is an interesting supplement that comes in individual pouches of powder. As it's still a bit cold to make smoothies, I've been mixing it with Greek yogurt and a little bit of sweetener. I really don't think it has much of a flavor on its own even though it claims to be betry flavor. Since I put everything but the kitchen sink in my smoothies, when it gets warm enough to drink those I will definitely add these there and I know I won't be able to taste it at all. I'm always interested in products that promote muscle recovery, so I'm interested to see how drinking these consistently improves my workouts.

The feeling of something different happening to my body, was not abrupt. I did not feel hungry for more than 6 hours. That means my cells got nutrients they like. I was also, energetic, focus, relax, and not hungry at all. This is my first date trying it. Will comment again in a few days.

The literal instructions say you won't notice any difference for at least a month but really more like 3 months. I only have a month’s worth of this to try out and sure enough, after 3 weeks I don't notice anything different. That's not even the annoying part.There is a capsule version of this that seems like you can take it whenever you want as long as it's with food. That product is wildly popular. This version is a powder that comes in sachets, and you are instructed to mix it with yogurt or some other mixing type thing. The problem is, this is berry flavored, which means about the only thing that you can mix it with is something vanilla or plain flavored. It would have been far better if it just came unflavored and I could have mixed it with whatever I want, but the limited blending options makes eating this rather tedious after a few weeks. Normally, I would mix something like this in with a protein shake or yogurt, but in this case, I can only stick with vanilla. It's actually rather maddening.The good news is that it tastes pretty good when mixed with something that is either vanilla or plain. It adds a nice little kick. Otherwise, it's just too limiting.I’m going 3 stars based on the product that seems to be good if you take it for at least three months but knocking off a star for making it flavored and overall harder to take. Just take the capsules and skip this.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any changes in the past 10 days of using it, except that it gave my smoothies an off-putting flavor so I started dumping the packet contents under my tongue and drinking it down with water - and after just a few days my teeth were stained like I’d been a nonstop chain smoker, coffee and wine drinker for the past decade or something! I don’t do ANY of that - not even tea! It was very alarming and it took me a bit of thinking to figure out why my teeth suddenly looked rotten when I am so meticulous about my dental care. Had to have an emergency dental cleaning! Will not be buying again - switching to capsules.

Don’t recommend this product 25 percent of the product doesn’t dissolve in either cold or hot liquid regardless of how much you shake or stir it probably better to get the capsules as far as effective to soon to tell but get the capsules waste of money taste fair at best
