Can you change some parts of the fur color and change the color of the eyes please?

This is a mass produced stuffed animal. Think conveyor belt. What do you think the answer to your question is? You think amazon is in communication with the manufacturers factory or that the factory is gonna stop production and take the time to source the specific materials and colors just for you? Are people really this dense to ask these sort of things?

How should i wash it? the first time i did it was basically destroyed. All fluff gone. I had to get another

All plushies can be washed in a clothes washing machine.  (Unless they are super delicate hand made plushies, which this is not.  This is a mass produced commercial plushie.)  The important thing is to NOT put them in the dryer!!  The heat will melt the fake fur into clumps and you will be left with a not very nice looking cuddle toy.  :(

So, step one:  Get a clean pillow case and put your plushie fox inside, tie a knot at the opening so she stays in there.
Step two, put the pillow case containing plushie in the washer, put in a little bit of mild laundry soap, and set the washer on a 'delicate' cycle using COLD water!
Step Three, after the wash cycle is completed, take the plushie out of the pillow case, shake her a bit to fluff up her fur, then hang her up to air dry!  (using a cloths pin on an ear, tail, or other small part works well, then just let the plushie hang there, drip and air dry.)  Larger plushies take longer to fully dry, but, it shouldn't take too long.
Step for, give her another good shake after she's dry, run your hand along her fur, maybe use a brush or comb (One that is CLEAN of oils from human hair!!) to make her fur look nice and smooth and fluffy again, and she's ready for more play and cuddles!

Trust me, I have been collecting and playing with plushies since I was born, and my mother and I have found a tried and true way to wash plushies through trial and error.

However!  A full washing machine cleaning is only neccisary if your plushie gets REALLY dirty or gets something quite nasty on her.

For small bits of dirt and dust from normal play, use a wet cloth and just wipe down the fur where ever there is visible dirt.  If the dirt is more stubborn, use a little bit of liquid soap.  But not too much!  Just a dab, enough to loosen the crud on your plushie and get her nice and clean again.  Then use another cloth with just water to rinse the soap off.  Then let her air dry and fluff up and/or brush her fur to make her look her best again, and off to the play room or bed for a good nights cuddle!

Plushies with longer fur may need to be brushed or combed once and a while, or their fur gets a matted, tangled look.  I like to keep a designated brush and comb that i use *only* for plushies so that no oil from hair (the natural oils we all have in our hair, even when we wash it regularly!) don't get on my plushies, as this oil will mat the fur up.

Brush your plushie very gently.  If there are any knots, de-tangle them slowly, from the bottom up.  Be careful not to pull out too many hairs!  Remember your plushie can not grow her fur back like a real animal!  ;)

That's my long-winded tips for plushie cleaning and care.  Take good care of your plushies and they can last a lifetime!!

I'm not sure where it is made but I do know my daughter has carried it everywhere and slept with it nightly since I got it on Nov 20th 2020. It has held up with pure quality ever since and is still plush and cuddly.
