"I" thought this Learning Resources Brainometry Cubed, 3D Puzzle, Fidget Toys, Puzzles, Sensory Toys, Fidget Cube, Brain Games, Math Manipulatives, STEM Kits, Montessori, Easter Basket Stuffers for Kids would be a fun learning toy for my niece and/or nephew, but neither of them (ages 6 and 3) have any interest. This has just sat through several visits, though I've brought it out each time, so I'm donating it. But in my opinion, it's easy to use, there are no real directions but it's clear the goal is to repeat the images from the booklet. I could see kids between the ages of 3-7 enjoying this. It's almost like a Rubik's cube but only the rows move.

We like puzzles in our house, but unfortunately, our house is also a little chaotic. The flaw in this cube is there's no storage system, like a cover over the box. So when one of cubes went missing, it has made the whole thing unusable. Prior to that, it was a fun brain teaser and kept everyone occupied.

I loved this item! Honestly, I got it for my nephew and he did enjoy it when we played together with it but he lost interest quickly. My sister said it ended up in the toy bin, however, I still think it is a great learning tool. My niece liked it too and she's a teenager. Kids have so many electronics nowadays it's hard to compete with video games.

If you have (or are buying for) a child in the age-range of 4-8 years, maybe a bit higher or lower, depending on the child, then get this Learning Resources Brainometry Cube! Recognizing and replicating patterns is key for the development of intellect, and this pattern cube item accomplishes that goal very efficiently and with only a few pieces (so less likely that the kids will strew the pieces all over the house, thus creating a mess and impeding the function of the learning tool). I remember being in kindergarten, doing an exercise as to replicating patterns, whereby the teacher had drawn vertical lines on multiple cards, and the children were to replicate the pattern using painted sticks. The reason I remember this is that my brain really clicked "on" while doing the pattern exercise one day, and I replicated the pattern over and over all the way down the table, thereby fast-tracking myself into more advanced activities for me only, and into the gifted program once I started grade school. The pattern exercise was life-changing for me, and I wanted something similar for my kids, but I do not have the time to create my own pattern cards or to find and paint a bucket-full of sticks. Also, I do not want any toy or activity item that involves 100+ items in my house, because we all know what happens to things like that, right? So, I have been on the lookout for a toy / activity item that is pre-made, replicates the kindergarten pattern exercise, and involves only a few pieces. But, how would that be possible? Wouldn't any such item require 100+ pieces in order to do what I wanted it to do for the kids' brains? I thought so, and I never had any luck finding something that ticks all of my boxes, until I came across this Learning Resources Brainometry Cube. Brilliant!!!!!! My kids found this fun, which makes it an easier way to learn from. My little one just keeps taking it everywhere he goes and trying to match them up. Good size for them smaller hands too.

This learning puzzle is nice quality and would be perfect to use as a center in a preschool or kindergarten classroom. It would also be a fun activity for young children at home. The packaging lists this as appropriate for ages 6 and up, but I think it's really more appropriate for probably ages four to seven. I am an elementary teacher with 32 years experience, and I can absolutely see this as a hit in early childhood classrooms. It is too simple for any child older than second grade in my experience. The puzzles are in a little booklet. The booklet itself is not very sturdy and will rip and tear if it is used quite a bit. I am giving this four stars because I think the puzzles should have been put onto little laminated cards instead of this booklet design, especially since it is designed for younger kids. I'm not sure if it would be an intellectual property rights infringement, but if it's allowable, an adult may want to make color copies of the puzzle and laminate them so that this game can be used for many years. Nice quality and I'm looking forward to taking it to school after the break so that my little kids can try it out!

Great for children to recognize different patterns and match them with the booklet. Simple and fun for the young children, it is interactive and challenges detailed pattern and colour recognition as well as spatial skills. The price at the time of review was around £15, which is a reasonable price.

Im Rahmen von Amazon Vine durfte ich das Brainometry Cubed testen und bin begeistert. Das Spiel fördert spielerisch logisches Denken und räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen – ideal für Kinder ab ca. 6 Jahren. Die Aufgaben sind abwechslungsreich und in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen gestaltet. Besonders praktisch: Das Spiel ist klein, stabil und perfekt für unterwegs. Tolles Logikspiel, das Spaß macht und ganz nebenbei das Denken trainiert!

Very good educational game, tricky but still solvable. the way it works is each block has 4 sides, with three rotating parts. You have to match the patterns up. Each block is slightly different so the order matters. Took a few minutes to learn and notice the subtle patterns but we had lots of fun solving the puzzles. If your child likes lego they will probably be able to solve these no problem. Pro: ✅ well made educational device ✅ feels like a toy but it's teaching pattern recognition and logic ✅ lots of puzzles to try to match ✅ good difficulty ✅ good quality ✅ fun! Cons ❌ wish it has a lid for the tray ❌ book is quite small, but does fit inside the tray

Das Spiel gefällt uns sehr gut, allerdings wirken einige kleine Details nicht sehr ausgereift. Die Würfel wirken recht wackelig. Dadurch lassen sich die Flächen zwar einfach drehen, verdrehen sich aber auch leider manchmal wieder, wenn man dann die andere Seite ausrichten möchte. Auch die farbigen Flächen, die durch Aufkleber gelöst sind, wirklich leider recht billig. Ich hoffe sie lösen sich nicht all zu schnell ab. An der Anleitung stört mich, dass sie sehr starr ist und von selbst wieder zuklappt. Das macht die Handhabung für Kinder sehr schwierig. Für Unterwegs ist das Set auch nur begrenzt geeignet, denn es fehlt eine Tasche o.Ä. zur Aufbewahrung. Die Schale eignet sich zwar, um es irgendwo ins Regal zu stellen, aber da die Würfel nur lose darin liegen, kann man es eben nicht mal eben in eine Tasche packen... eine Box oder Hülle wäre hier wünschenswert.

The idea is fun and the pieces are nicely made, but the puzzles were far too simple. My 9 year old solved them all quickly and was disappointed that there wasn’t more to it. It’s really just a case of rotating the cubes to match pictures and not much logic or strategy needed. It’s probably a decent travel toy for younger kids (5-7 years), but if you’re expecting a real brain teaser, this isn’t it.
