Cuisinart CABP-300 Adjustable Burger Press, Makes 1/4lb to 3/4lb Patties

I've used this burger press multiple times since purchasing it, and it continues to impress me with how easy and consistent it is to use. The adjustable feature makes it simple to create patties from 1/4 lb to 3/4 lb, depending on how thick you like them. The non-stick surface helps the meat release cleanly, and the textured press gives the patties a nice grill-ready pattern. It's built solidly and feels very durable in the hand. I appreciate that the handle gives you great leverage without much effort. Clean-up is quick—just a quick rinse or hand wash and you're good to go (though I still avoid putting it in the dishwasher to keep it in top shape). I've used it with beef, turkey, and even plant-based meats, and it works great across the board. If you love making your own burgers and want consistent size and shape every time, this is a must-have tool. Highly recommended!

Kind of clumsey but does the job. I like the ability to set sizes by weight but you do need to experiment and not just use the markings on the adjustment screw. I rated as a 4 due to its tendency to tip over when you are pressing down. It does have holes drilled to screw onto a table but then it becomes difficult to clean.

I purchased this press to replace an older press that I had that broke. This brand was built to last. It is easy to adjust the settings on your thickness. I even get help now making patties because my 12-year-old daughter thinks it’s fun to use.

Easy to use, makes each burger the same size and this evens out the cooking time, so that each burger is cooked the same. Easy clean up and simply takes the guess work out of making burgers, great product.

Works well like other similar products I own, but this unit is very top-heavy and tends to fall over backward when you try to open the lid even with meat inside. It really needs a larger base or suction attachment

Perfect for making hamburger patties or other patties. Gives you a good size to fit your bun.

Too much work for poor results. First of all the burgers get stick in the top half of the press. Secondly, you can adjust the thickness, but not the diameter. The burgers look good coming out of the press; but after you cook them, they shrink down to nothing. Thirdly, you have to weigh the ground beef before you put it in the press. Otherwise you'll have undersized burgers coming out of the press, or excess coming out of the sides. Finally, to thoroughly clean the press, you have to completely dismantle it.

Works as it should and like that it is not plastic and easy to clean

O produto é muito bom, mas tem que ter atenção com a limpeza. Após o uso, a parte superior precisa ser desmontada por completo, pois entram "migalhas" de carne entre o embolo e a carcaça externa.
