There are 100s of tablet choices on Amazon and I have tried more than one of the cheap and well-spec'd options. However, I have a couple of requirements that are non-negotiable. I fly enterprise/professional drones and I require the ease of USB OTG to make communication setups easier. I'm constantly amazed by the differences in Wi-Fi functionality between various devices. Anyway, this tablet has USB OTG and is very reliable. I never struggle with either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or USB.I also need something rugged for field work. This Ulefone Armor Pad 4 (Thermal) has what I wanted, from Guerilla Glass to tough protective rubber tabs for all ports.The hand strap that screws onto the back of the pad is tremendously useful. It's touches like that that seem to make this tablet feel like a substantial tool. It's quality gear. Other manufactures provide only plastic clips for add-ons like that.Since I 3D-model and map changes in homes over time, I've found the thermal features of this device even more useful than I thought. I now have something new to offer clients, simply by scanning their windows and doors for obvious heat leaks. I've also used it around my own home to scan pipes and electrical equipment. Finally, for deer recovery missions, I can see this being useful in the final tracking phase.I have to add a line about battery life. It's phenomenal. It's even more impressive as my Armor Pad 4 sits next to an iPad with much less endurance. At my usage, this tablet lasts for DAYS, not hours.Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase! I emailed my warranty registration and received a prompt personal reply. Thanks for a great product!

I purchased the Ulefone Ultra Armor 4. Had it set up through T Mobile wireless. It is a rugged device and the picture quality is amazing. I have the thermal imaging option that is fantastic and easy to use when doing home inspections. I would recommend this product to everyone. Replaced I Pad Air and the I Pad doesn't even compete. Great product.

I bought the Armor Pad as a birthday gift for my dad and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! He lives in a small farm so he's out all day and never has to worry about running out of battery. His favorite part is the thermal feature. He often uses it on his farm equipment to check for hotspot to make sure the cooling system is working properly. He also hinted that once his smartphone needs to be replaced he wouldn't mind replacing it with a ULEFONE smartphone. Guess I know what to get him for his next birthday!

Easy set up, easy to follow instructions QR codes easy, can see how it meets drop test very well built. Good battery life compared to my iPad also like that you can expand it’s memory easily or use a SIM cardI bought this for camping and backpacking so it would stand up to the outdoors and I can tell it will. Built in light is great very bright when camping. Easy to download apps that are for offline use

Charging port not the best battery not great and the screen flickers

I have been using the the tablet for personal and professional use for 2 weeks now and it's fantastic. Having thermal camera, the tool set app and general rugged and mobility nature of tablet is a great addition to any desk/feild work scopes. For the price you cannot beat the speed, image quality, thermography, etc.

I've only been testing it for about a day so far but I've really liked how it's going. The thermal imaging is very good for the price. I also got the endoscope and it seems to be a great accessory. The battery lasts a while as well, though I haven't used it for an extended period yet. The power/volume button placement could be better in my opinion. It's heavier than a normal tablet but that's expected from a rugged tablet. Overall, good purchase so far!

I am super happy with this tablet. I purchased it for use offroad in an ATV. It can display my map program large enough to actually SEE roads and quad trails (unlike my phone). The touch response is fantastic, and setup was a breeze, even for someone who hates dealing with technology(!) The GPS and cell phone features are essential for my needs, and I spent quite a bit of time coming up with a unit that would have these and be rugged enough for the outdoors. I added a special shockproof/waterproof case to the front of my quad, and this unit fits inside beautifully. Can't wait to take it on the trail!
