Splish Splash: A touch-and-feel board book for your baby to explore

Great little book.
Great little book to support eyesight with the added benefit of a bit of touchy feely stuff. Although prefer the images and colours in the funny faces book.

Not very touchy feely
This is NOT a touchy feely book. There's hardly any variation in surfaces. Nice colours/illustrations though

Dissapionted
“You’re baby will be reaching for the textures...”I was really disappointment when this came. The ‘textures’ For my baby to explore we’re nothing more than glittery paper. You can barely feel any texture. In fact I’m not sure if there was any at all!

Very average book - textured surfaces could be a lot better
This is a 10-page book for young babies whose senses are just developing. The pages are thick cardboard and feature various sea creatures with large defined features. The creatures are all drawn in red, black and white, and some of them have reflective surfaces, glittery legs or bumpy tentacles. However, the quality of these sensory surfaces is not great. The bumpy octopus tentacles are hard to really feel - they should be much more defined. And the glitter on the crab claws comes off quickly. In addition, there is not much variety in the book. The book is ok, but it is hard to say it is any better than that.

High-contrast baby book with engaging features
A nice book for babies in high-contrast bright blue and red, and black and white. The pictures are nice and the text rhythmic and engaging. Each page spread also features a diverse selection of adjectives on different themes. There are also some texture inserts, which are a nice feature.

Nice first board book
This is a nice board book in black, red and blue to appeal to the vision of young babies. It has nice simple but appealing illustrations, and includes a touchy feely element. My only criticism is that the touch elements are a bit too subtle and could have been a bit more pronounced for young fingers to discern. Otherwise a nice first book.

Great
Printed in just four colours (red, turquoise, white and black), this is an attractively published little board book for young children. Each double page has something which can be touched. I find that some of the textures are a bit on the subtle side but they are fun to look at and explore.

Not very touchy feely....
This is a nice book - but not great. The textures are not great - too subtle for little hands. The pictures are nice (mostly black and white with splashes of red.
