Bought this less than 60 days ago to replace a 6 year old tea kettle that started to show interior rust spots. I've use it every day for boiling only water to make instant coffee, hot tea that steeps in the teacup and Swiss Miss instant hot cocoa mixed in the cup. NEVER has any other ingredient than H2O been in this "STAINLESS STEEL" Tea kettle and YET... It's starting to get tiny rust spots on the inside bottom. I really Love the look and initially I loved the performance. But now it's showing rusty specks inside. I'm saddened and disappointed. Update 2/7/26 contacted by seller and they made things right. Great company with concern for the customer. I added a extra star for this unusual situation. I would most likely refer their products as they stated I was the only complaint they've had over a defective kettle. I Appreciate their integrity.

Very stylish and modern looking tea kettle for those of us who don't want a fuddy duddy old person teakettle sitting on our stovetop. As a hard of hearing person, the whistle is plenty loud for me.

The material is thick and durable, the heat conduction is fast, and the boiled water has no strange smell.
