Really helps the Elderly

Strong taste
Works but I'm not a huge fan of the taste. Maybe I haven't given it enough time but it's a bit stronger than the onnit lavender that I'm used to. That being said, everyone has different tastes, which is probably mostly subjective.

Effective Natural Sleep Aid!
I combine 3-4 sprays of this with Magnesium Glycinate for exceptional sleep. The combination is working great for me at this time. I took one star off for the smallish bottle.
