Long LifeEPDM rubber is a premium material made of closed cell rubber foam so it lasts much longer, up to 8 years, retaining it's flexibility allowing the strip to flex and compress and maintaining an effective seal. EPDM rubber is durable plus resistant to weather, UV and Ozone. Cheaper open cell foam seals last 1 to 2 years at most.Fitting InstructionsEasy application - simply separate double coil, cut to size, peel self adhesive backing strip and apply door frame or window frame.1. Make sure all surfaces upon which the seal is to be fixed are clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease and flaking paint. If necessary, rub down surfaces with white spirit and dry off thoroughly.2. The seal in this roll is dual to minimise packaging. Before fitting, separate the double coil along the entire length.3.
