Good
Works so much better than RCA-RCA for connecting preamp outputs. Shorter is better of course. The soldering seems good, although internal wire (esp. cold wire) isolation looks somewhat weak. Modifiable at both ends if needed .(but of course would require competent soldering skills).Don't know in what universe this is a 16awg though. Gauge 20 at best, likely 22.

Great quality and doing its job
I use it to connect my NX3000 AMP to my MiniDSP and zero issues so far.

"Audiophile" designed RCA to XLR cable.
This cable is wired correctly to connect an RCA unbalanced out to a balanced XLR Hypex ncore amp input. Many would be quite happy with this cable but the fit was so tight that it seemed the plug was the wrong size. Disconnecting the plug from the jack was very difficult as well. Perhaps a pro-audio cable will fit better.

surprised how well made it feels
I was pleasantly shocked how heavy-duty it felt out of the box. Great cable for the price.

Monoprice is the BEST
Monoprice is getting to be the very best for relatively high end cables at "down to earth" prices. I was really surprised when I purchased my first Monoprice product, a DAC/Headphone amp. The quality for the $$$ was excellent. I later bought upgraded cables, they were pretty amazing too. Every monoprice product ive purchased is still in daily service while much else has been stored away for secondary use. Now, when fulfilling a need, I typically search Monoprice FIRST. I have not been disappointed and would definitely recommend.

Solid Cables
For the price, I did not expect this much quality. I originally got these types of cables from guitar center and they were triple in price, poorly made, and not even gold plated. I will go with Monoprice for any audio cables I need from now on since these were so well made.

Buen cable

Well constructed, flexible and nicely finished cable
I don’t think you can beat these for the $$. The flexible cable has 16 gauge conductors, is properly shielded and you can feel the weight of the larger wire and shielding. They don’t use the pro audio industry standard Neutrik brand XLR connector but the one used is sturdy, has gold plated contacts and the heavy gauge cable is securely clamped to the connector body. I am using them in a home audio system to feed a single ended signal from a tube preamp into an amplifier with XLR inputs. Works perfectly with no hum issues, even at 10ft length.

Heavy gauge, solidly built
One of the better budget cables I have had. I am using this to run from my Denon AVR-X3700H reciever to my Benchmark AHB2 amp for my front speakers. I did an ABX test with a friend's very expensive cables... Zero sound difference.

Not good enough to be a bargain
One cable I received had the intended directionality of the cable from RCA to xlr, the second was the reverse. When I compared it to the Benchmark cable, the Benchmark cable had a brighter and clearer sound too, so overall, not impressed, even at such a low cost.
