Worth their weight in gold! I have plantar fasciitis and these have helped so much with the pain! Would buy again, lovely and cool and soothing! Can be used from the fridge or like me from the freezer for a colder experience.

These are great! I have POTs which causes temperature deregulation, these have been so helpful on the really hot days to help regulate my temperature and keep me feeling well! Definitely recommend!

An excellent product. Certainly I would have kept them had they not been too tight across the bit of foot where the toes begin. Ladies' size 6 average shape.

Absolutely brilliant! Really helped my swollen feet and ankles. I wouldn’t recommend walking around in them…put your feet up and relax! Note they do come singularly They do leave a blue tinge on toenails which is a down side. Hoping they’ll stop with use. Have been using with nylon sockets to counteract this and it works

TOO cold! I obviously appreciate that the idea is to provide cold compression to as much of the foot/ankle as possible, but the fact that the entire foot (AND a generous ankle section) is completely enclosed in what becomes an incredibly cold and heavy sock is actually just a little TOO uncomfortable to bear. The quality of the sock and elasticated/velcro fastening is great; the gel substance is clearly very effective at retaining cold - but for me, it was just that bit too mindblowingly cold to be able to keep my foot inside! I am now using them more as ice packs, wrapped around the heel/ankle/arch, and giving the toes and part of the top of the foot an escape from the extreme cold; not what the product is intended for, but having bought it (and clearly being unable to return something I've used) I'd rather get SOME use out of it! I think the bottom line is - if you have an extreme, acute and long-term need to keep your foot cold it's brilliant; if you need more of an ice pack to act on a temporary injury/swollen foot, maybe consider something slightly less 'industrial?!!!

Good quality, well made and seem like they’ll last. Work very well, providing a decent half hour respite to neuropathic pain symptoms.

So disappointed with these. They dyed my feet and toe nails black. The dye transferred onto my beautiful cream sofa

I’ve been getting badly swollen feet and these compression/ice gel socks are amazing! So soothing, stays cold for longer than normal gel packs, fits a size 5-6 shoe size, Wish I’d bought 2 now but definitely value for money

Product is cold (as other reviews say it only stays cold for 20 or so minutes but that's for safety reasons) but after two uses it has leaked through the containing fabric (no holes or tears). I assume this is because you shouldn't walk in them??? But nowhere in the instruction manual does it say that. Floor is now covered in goo that I need to figure out how to get off 🙃 Would love to talk about getting a replacement under warranty (bought two days ago) but can't find any contact details or even a website....

I sprained my foot when I fell, yes my foot not my ankle but side of foot because my foot went sideways when I fell. I used it only for the Ice pack part. Because the sprain was on the outside it was hard to put an ice pack on it without it falling off and uncomfortable if I tried to sit with my foot sideways. This is perfect as it is easy to wear and covers all of your foot. Suggest that you follow directions exactly for maximum comfort. I highly recommend this product.

My husband and daughter both said it helped with swollen ankle and it felt nice. Only comes with 1 sock - wish they came with 2

Its amazing when frozen. But I wont be heating it again because while it keeps heat fine it let off a spell that stuck to me for a good while. But its amazing when frozen and I will definatly be getting a second one.

Deceptive product, only comes with a single sock, the only time I've ever seen a sock sold individually, besides that works great, very nice and cold around the feet, would've given 5 stars and been recommending it to everyone if it came with a second sock.
