I’m a big fan of Souper Cubes! These are the perfect size casserole dish for two people. I make mini pies in them, too. I do the original cooking in the silicone molds and slightly undercook. Then I freeze. Later, I pop a frozen meal or pie in this ceramic dish and thaw. A quick re-warm and I have the perfect side dish or dessert.

These are great for single or double serve casseroles whether you use the Souper cubes or not. The silicone lid stretches to fit and stays on.

When opening packaging it appeared that there were only 2 lids included in order, not 4. I had looked through all packaging. Was about to contact the seller or initiate a return. After asking 'Rufus' how many lids come with the 4 stoneware items, 4 was the answer I got.Decided to look again. The lids were doubled up on the top 2 dishes! Because they fit very tightly, it wasn't easy to tell until actually removing the lids. I was aware missing lids could be an issue because of reading reviews before ordering these. Glad I was wrong and paused to take another look.They are very cute and seem perfect for baking individual pot pies.Edit: Ended up returning. Ordered larger square ones instead.

I don’t know why I got these. When I do use them I am happy with them. Easy to clean and I like the stoneware. It’s just I don’t really use them.

I use them almost daily in the microwave and then afterward to a save leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer. They are easy to clean. The silicone covers fit well for refrigerator or freezing.

very nice but a little small sothey don't get used much, though very attractive, nice color
