Julia Donaldson X 10 Book Set Collection Pack Includes Room On The Broom Paperback – May 10, 2013

I got these books for my 3 year old as a read along books with the Yoto cards. Julia Donaldson stories are short and sweet and my kid is really enjoying them. The books quality is great too.Highly recommend them for any kids library!

A lot of people have said they got a UK version, I have to point out the Author is from the UK, so there are going to be British phrases and spellings. The books are great quality and the photos are well-saturated, the bag is going to be good for Library books when he gets older.

Our 3 year old granddaughter’s current favorite book is the Whale and the Snail so this was a perfect purchase to expand our library and introduce her to more books by the same author and illustrator. She loves them all!

A mainstay in the UK Julia Donaldson books travel well in the USA too. Our kids loved them growing up and we have received excellent feedback from new parents that we have shared them with. Our particular favorite is the snail and the whale. Great rhyming patterns and lovely tales that your toddlers will quickly memorize.

There was a variety of reviews, but I wanted these for a grandson turning 5 who is in love with all things “Miss Julia”. We have the board books for the other littles, hardcovers for nana & papa ‘read time’ but wanted the bag of paperbacks for him to cart around at home or visiting other gparents. They came w/their adorable bag, were braced with cardboard for shipping stability & TRIPLE packaged for transport. You can’t ask for better. Oh wait, they came early!! These along with plush Gruffalo & his child I already received will be the best gift ever ♥️ I highly recommend.

This review is about the product itself, not the content of books (which are awesome, and as a Julia Donaldson fan, was excited to see a great deal on this package of books).I received the UK version, and as other reviewers have mentioned, that means there was no tote bag, and a printing error in the Paper Dolls book (plus the plastic wrapping was cut open at the top, so maybe I got a returned package as well, despite buying New).I don’t know how to receive the “American” printing, and at the end of the day, it would be more trouble to exchange in the hopes that this would be corrected, so buyer beware—this listing is not clear and you may receive something slightly different.
