World Map for Kids - LAMINATED - Wall Chart Map of the World

Absolutely love this map! It’s just what I needed and have been looking for. The colors are bright. It’s easy to read. It’s laminated and durable. Most of all, it’s small enough to place over my child’s desk and not take up the entire wall! I definitely recommend!!! Perfect!!!

I bought 1 map for my grandson. The first one was nice with the world on one side and the states on the other. I bought two more so he could display both photos on his wall. They picture of the world is on both sides. I am disappointed because i wanted him to have both sides to display.

This map is awesome!! Very colorful, readable, and the right size. Love that on one side has names and on the back it is blank. Great for learning!!! It is perfect!!

My three and a half year-old boy suddenly developed great interested in geography. He received for his birthday a puzzle map of the United States and learned very quickly the names of all of the States (he reads both uppercase-lowercase letters), so it was time to introduce him to a World Map.This World Map is the right size for him to carry around, which is what he likes to do. However, if your goal is to hang it on the wall it will be very hard to make it flat. I kept mine under consistent weights and it is still rolled up.The positives: Adjacent countries have very different colors. This makes it relatively easy for a young child to recognize and point at different countries, especially in "busy" continents like Europe, where many states are small. This was honestly a selling point for me as many another maps have similar shades of the same color for countries that are on the same continent (like all European countries are pink, all South American are green, etc), which is not was I was looking for as he already knew the continents.The Negatives: the font type used (some kind of handwriting style) is not the easiest to read for toddlers/beginner readers. I would have given 5 stars if they had used Arial or some other more common upper/lower case font type.Suggestions: on my map, the back side has the same map pictured at the front, but without labels for the countries. It would be nice to know in advance what the customer is getting, as it looks that other people got a map of the United States. I would also suggest to sell a map of Europe, many countries are so small that a dedicated map would be nice to have.

Love this map because of its colors which assist in clearly delineating country boundaries. Love the size; placed on countertop for easy accessibility. Not crazy about the fact that it wants to roll back up after weeks of being weighted down.

This map is perfect for our around the world homeschool journey this year. Not to big, but big enough both boys can look at it without being in each other's way. I love how simple it is. I didn't want all the major cities in each country clogging up the map. Just each country labeled so they can easily find them. Laminated for dry erase work or stickers as we visit each country. If I remember to, I'll update at the end of our school year on how well it held up.

Sturdy. Names of countries on one side (very small print on some); blank map on other side. Rolled tightly. May be hard to get to lie flat. Not too large for the small child who requested it.

Very readable and a different political map makes it great for teaching youth about social and political dynamics in the world
