will this work in conjunction with an existing dimmer switch?

Nope. This Device ‘is’ the dimmer. You need to connect it to a momentary switch (Leviton makes them ~$25-$30) and put the momentary switch to the control side of this device. Power and power output to the other terminals. Then ‘push’ once to turn on light. Push to turn off. Push and hold to brighten or dim.

Can I use this to power on/off and dim lights through homekit once connected?

I am doing it through Homebridge. I don’t think Shelly is compatible directly with HomeKit.

Can this dimmer be used to control a fan speed? Fan is less than 2 amps.

All answers regarding this question say no, the dimmer is not capable of this function
