This glass faceted ball arrived packed in a thin plain cardboard envelope inside a stained, half open flimsy white box with a little bit of sellotape on it. I was shocked, as the packaging was so shoddy for such a beautiful looking thing - how on earth the carrier got it to me (well to my neighbour as they didn't leave it at my house) without damage I really do not know.

I’d bought some smaller crystals from a different company which had imperfections and bubbles but both of these items were flawless. I can recommend and I was very happy with my transaction.
